1. AH series Slurry Pump Features:

· AH series centrifugal slurry pump frame plates have replaceable wear resistant metal liners,
impellers volute liners are made of wear-resistant metal (such as A05, A49, and other high chrome
metal).
· AH series centrifugal slurry pump bearing assembly use cylindrical structure, adjusting the space
between impeller& front liner easily, being removed completely when being repaired.
· AH series centrifugal slurry pump shaft seal could use the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical
seal. With mechanical seal, the pump will has no leakage at all.
· AH series centrifugal slurry pump can be installed in multistage series to meet the delivery for long
distance.
· AH series centrifugal slurry pump drive types, such as direct coupling drive (DC), V belt drive (CR,
CV, and ZV), etc.
2. Slurry pump AH Application:
AH type slurry pump are cantilever, horizontal centrifugal slurry pump, which are used for delivering
the fine particle and corrosive slurry for metallurgical, mining, coal, petroleum & chemical,
transportation, river and channel dredging, building material and municipal projects, etc.
Tech-macro AH series Pump Specification:
· Size range (discharge): 1 inch to 18 inch (25 mm to 450 mm)
· Capacities: to 5,000 m3/hr (to 22,000 gpm)
· Heads(TDH): to 73 m (to 240 feet)
Grease lubrication, single-stage, single-suction,cantilevered,horizontal ,wear resistant layer and
bearing layer can be separated, double casing structure. High efficiency, wear resistant, stable
performance, interchangeability of parts. Some of them such as AH(R),M(R),L(R) ,the lining and
impeller can be made of wear metal or rubber, over-current components of HH,H can only adopt
metal material, and the discharge outlet can be adjusted with rotation interval of 45 degree, the pumps
can be operated in series and driven with belt.
Main Application:
Delivery of slurry with strong abrasion and high concentration for metallurgy, mines, coal and power
plant, e.g. the pulp from The ore concentrate and tailing of nonferrous mines, with particle diameter
greater than 0.1mm and Cv≥5%. The shaft seal can adopt expeller type shaft sealing, gland-packing
assembly and mechanical sealing.
