THESIS PROJECT-I

Project and Location: Home for Senior Citizen, Jaipur

Feasibility: The life expectancy is increasing. More-

-over modernization have led to a change in cultural
aspect where people live in nuclear families. Therefore the
need of homes for seniors are increasing at a faster rate
were they can spend their time to the fullest.
Challenges: All three type of old age home being,
Senior community living, assisted living and nursing
Homes will be combined. Moreover a commercial center N
will also be designed adjacent to the old age home which Site Area – 23200 sq m
will help the elderly and common people in many folds. 

Client: Help Age India

Jurisdiction: Jaipur Development Authority

Broad Requirements: It can be divided into four broad categories, i.e., Market, Institutional,
residential and the nursing.

Tentative Built-up Area: 7600 sq m

THESIS PROJECT-II

Project and Location: International School, Jaipur

Feasibility: Since it is the early age were a child minds

develops its most. Therefore, there is a need to design a
school were the children are able to learn from every part
of the school. Were the playgrounds, classrooms, common
area, pathways, etc., have different lessons for the children.
Challenges: The school will be designed for students of
Kindergarten, primary school and middle school till 8th
Standard. It will be designed keeping in mind to maximize
The learning opportunity for students and maximizing
interaction with nature, teachers and each other to the
fullest.

Client: Private Organization

Jurisdiction: Jaipur Development Authority Site Area- 30,000 sq m

Broad Requirements: Classrooms, Common Area, Activity Rooms- Art, dance, music, drama etc.
Library, OAT, playgrounds, administration, auditorium.
