एत ारा अिधसूिचत की जाती है। नई सूची म 1 अगस्त, 2016 की अिधसूचना म िनम्निलिखत पिरवतर्न सिम्मिलत िकए जा रहे ह:

2 “पोत कारखाने” को तटीय, घुमावदार बंदरगाह, लंगरगाह और डॉ कग सुिवधा, जलावतरण मंच और/ अथवा पोत उठाव की आवश्यक
िवशेषता वाले जल पर अथवा भूिम पर िस्थत सुिवधा के रूप म पिरभािषत िकया गया है जो पोत िनमार्ण/मरम्मत/पोत तोड़ने के
कायर्कलाप करने म सक्षम है।

6 आिप्टक फाइबर/वायर/के बल नेटवकर् , जो ाडबैण्ड/इं टरनेट उपलब्ध कराते ह, शािमल ह।
7 खेलकू द और खेलकू द संबंधी कायर्कलाप म िशक्षण/अनुसध
ं ान के िलए िशक्षणशाला हेतु खेलकू द स्टेिडयम और अवसंरचना का
ावधान शािमल है।
8 िचिकत्सा कालेज, पैरा-िचिकत्सा िशक्षण संस्थान तथा नैदािनक क शािमल ह।
9 कृ िष तथा संब उत्पाद, समु ी उत्पाद तथा मांस के पिररक्षण अथवा भण्डारण हेतु खेत स्तर की ी-कू िलग
हेतु शीतन कक्ष सुिवधा शािमल है।
10 “सस्ते आवास” को एक ऐसी आवासीय पिरयोजना के रूप म पिरभािषत िकया जाता है िजसम अिधकतम 60 वगर् मीटर के कापट
क्षे फल वाली आवासीय इकाई के िलए फशर् क्षे फल अनुपात (एफएआर)/फ्लोर स्पेस इं डेक्स (एफएसआई) के कम से कम 50 ितशत
का उपयोग िकया गया है।
@ “कापट क्षे ” का तात्पयर् वही होगा जो स्थावर संपदा (िविनयम और िवकास) अिधिनयम, 2016 की धारा 2 के खंड (ट) म िदया गया है।

New Delhi, the 30th March, 2017
F. No. 13/6/2009-INF.—With the approval of the Competent Authority, an updated Harmonized Master List of
Infrastructure Sub-sectors (Annexure-I) is hereby notified. The new list incorporates the following change to the
notification dated 1st August, 2016:
1. Under the category of “Social and Commercial Infrastructure” a new sub-sector – “Affordable Housing” is
added.

“Shipyard” is defined as a floating or land-based facility with the essential features of waterfront, turning basin,
berthing and docking facility, slipways and/or ship lifts, and which is self sufficient for carrying on
shipbuilding/repair/breaking activities.

Includes supporting terminal infrastructure such as loading/unloading terminals, stations and buildings.

Includes strategic storage of crude oil.

Includes city gas distribution network.

Includes optic fibre/wire/cable networks which provide broadband / Internet.

“Affordable Housing” is defined as a housing project using at least 50% of the Floor Area Ratio (FAR)/Floor Space
Index (FSI) for dwelling units with carpet area@ of not more than 60 square meters.
@
“Carpet Area” shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in clause (k) of section 2 of the Real Estate (Regulation
and Development) Act, 2016.
