Target Audience:
• 8 – 12 years old boys and girls interested in singing and playing the violin, clarinet,
and piano

VISION
• Gabriel Music Training Center envisions their students who will serve God through
music. By the year 2025, the community will be able to appreciate and love the
right, Biblical, and Godly music through the training of young boys and girls who
have passion in singing and playing instruments.

MISSION
• Gabriel Music Training Center is a Filipino, Baptist, and Biblical musical community
dedicated to the enhancement and development of Godly, Christian music for the
needs of the Church and the country.
• As a School, it pursues excellence in teaching; it prepares boys and girls with skills
and creativity for the benefit of the Church.
• As a Filipino school, it is committed to the appreciation and enrichment of the Filipino
music as well as the development of patriotic music.
• As a Baptist school, it fosters in its members a deep and personal commitment with
God as a living testimony of His love and care for the lost.
• As a Biblical school, it follows the laws and principles stated in the Bible (King James)
and everything that pertains to Christian Godly music.
• In sum, GMTC seeks to form boys and girls of competence and are wise, for the
purpose of the exaltation of the Lord, edification of the believers, and the
evangelization of the lost.

GOAL
• The goal of Gabriel Music Training Center is to train their students in biblical wisdom
and beauty. The school desires to educate boys and girls, who can inspire others,
appreciate beauty, communicate effectively, possess musical competence, and work
with dedication and creativity. These characteristics and achievements are geared to
the musical development and fulfillment of the student; but most importantly, they
are intended for the development of musicians who will put their personal talents at
the greater honor and glory of God and edification of others.
• As a community of musicians in which students, trainers, and administrators
collaborate to know and live what is right and best. The school aims to achieve these
goals in an atmosphere of openness, participation, and respect.

PROFILE OF AN IDEAL GRADUATE


• The Gabriel Music Training Center graduate formed and trained through a Biblical
education is a person of competence and is wise.
I. Competence – educated in the field of choice, values continual learning,
equipped with the basic musical skills, creative writing and work ethics.
a. The GMTC graduate has undergone a program of studies made up of a
curriculum, which provides musical education for boys and girls, and
specialized training in one’s musical discipline.
b. The GMTC graduate is able to write and speak English and
Filipino/local dialects for the enhancement of musical communication.
c. The GMTC graduate has learned values of applying creativity to any
music at hand.
II. Wise – thinks of music that suits the Biblical perspective and plays music for
the exaltation of the Lord, edification of the believers, and the evangelization of
the lost.
a. The GMTC graduate does what is right, striving for goodness and
beauty, within the context of the Bible.
b. The GMTC graduate is grateful for the talents given to him/her and will
seek to know music deeply.
c. The GMTC graduate works together with others in the expansion of
Godly, Biblical and right music.
Time Frame
 3 year program for violin
 3 year program for clarinet
 3 year program for piano
 3 year program for voice
 2 hours per session, meeting 3 times a week.
