Introduction

My Cured Computer is a leading provider of remote technical services. Being established since 2008
by Kendrek Moultry, My Cured has seen a high level of success through providing superior support at
some of the lowest prices in the market. Our technical services are provided throughout the United
States. In 2011, Chad Brooks and Kendrek Moultry became partners, With Kendrek Moultry
operating as the CEO, and Chad Brooks operating as the Vice President. Together the company has
seen continuous growth.

Legal establishment:

My Cured Computer provides services throughout the United States and currently operates as an LLC
in the State of Colorado with Kendrek Moultry and Chad Brooks operating as the only members of
the LLC. My Cured Computer is currently opening My Cured Computer Philippines within Bacolod,
Philippines to operate as a Business Process Outsourcer for My Cured Computer within the United
States.

Start Up Plans:

My Cured Computer Philippines is establishing a call center within Bacolod to provide Business
Processing outsourcing for the American Company. Our establishment will include operating within a
30 square meter room with 12 seats for Filipino call center agents to operate. Our business will run
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our goal is aimed at continuously growing and branding our business
at an increasing rate within the United States, which will allow My Cured Computer Philippines to
continuously provide additional employment for new call center agents. We are continuously
looking at ways to train and help our agents to become some of the best certified technicians
available.

Market Analysis:

My Cured Computers primarily target market is for residential computer users that are having
difficulty with their computer, usually due to a virus malware, spyware, etc. My Cured Computer
within the United States, provides a large number of customers, in average around 5,500 per year.
Additional My Cured Computer provides repair services for Upgrade USA, an American company that
provides rental computers to customers throughout the United States. The majority of their
customers are older individuals that are in their forties or higher. My Cured Computer does provide
technical support for some businesses as well, but on a low volume level.

Potential Clients:
My Cured Computer is currently seeking to work with businesses that provide software for fixing
computer problems, which will allow us to fix the computer manually if the software does not fix the
problem. this will provide an opportunity for the software provider and My Cured Computer to have
increased revenues by charging customers for repairing their problem.
