    Am an Master of Supply Chain Management (MSCM) student from the International Islamic

    University Islamabad, doing a research on Procurement Challenges in PTCL. You have been

    chosen purposely to fill the below questionnaire, your assistance will be used by researcher in

    making a report, thereof in identifying the Procurement challenges faced by PTCL on

    Procurement Challenges that are faced by your intuitions.
