NOW COMES the undersigned Joe Doe hereby submits this affidavit and

demand for discovery of evidence to support nature of cause for the continued wage
23
garnishment by a Child Support Enforcement Agency worker and commissoner
24
whom is before a person and not a Judge and is said to be Coram Non Judice.

Do not waive any rights afforded to him.

According to the California Constitution Article I Section 9 says, “A BILL OF

ATTAINDER, EX POST FACTO LAW, OR LAW IMPAIRING THE OBLIGATION

The undersigned is guaranteed rights at Common Law and the Supreme court
8 matter ;United States v. Cruikshank, 92 U.S. 542, 23 L. Ed. 588, 62 S. Ct. 51 (1876).

Which says, “"That if two or more persons shall band or conspire together, or go in

11 disguise upon the public highway, or upon the premises of another, with intent to
12 violate any provisionof this act, or to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any
13
citizen, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise

15 and enjoyment of any right or privilege granted or secured to him by the constitution
16 or laws of the United States, or because of his having exercised the same, such

persons shall be”
