I believe I would be an ideal candidate for the position of permanent full time nanny for
your household. In my past experience working with children I have proven to be a responsible
and reliable person. I am punctual which is important in many aspects of being a nanny such as
picking up and dropping off kids to school and appointments. I am able to work well without
supervision or constant reminder. In addition to being able to follow specific instructions from
parents I can take initiative to make situation based decisions independently and do what is best
for the children. I can manage my time well to accomplish household chores as well as watching
over the children.

I have experience working with children from the ages of 6 months old to the age of
eleven . I have experience working in families with as few as one child to as many as four. I am
able to assist children in homework from kindergarten to grade 9. I can read with children and
help them with math in addition to other school subjects. From my past babysitting and
volunteer experience I am equipped with many strategies for dealing with uncooperative kids or
kids who are having temper tantrums. My past volunteer and babysitting experience has
prepared me to help kids to thrive in every situation.

There are so many qualities that are vital when working with children. I have to younger
brothers and my experiences with them as a child have helped me to become more and more
patient as I’ve grown older. I am able to be professional and fulfil every aspect of the job while
still being warm and friendly towards the kids. I have also proven to be mature and responsible
which is so necessary because your children are so important and whoever looks after them
should be worthy of your trust. I look forward to hearing back from you and to meeting you in a
