are EARNED and the members has the freedom to do what they believe in, unlike the fraternity system where often times freedom and loyalty are ENFORCED.
RDR is not bounded by rules rather by a mutual bond between members that respect and loyalty is earned.Unlike the common street gangs, RDR aims to
socialize with people, not to commune with violence and use brute force as a show-off. Instead, Rho Delta Rho exercises the virtue of the Triskelion philosphy
where we believe in the power of reason and not in the use of force as a reason. RDR only submits to violence if only to preserve its existence.

Rho Delta Rho is an 'elitist' organization aimed in gathering young men and women from the middle class to the upper, to form an elite class of people uniting in
the spirit of brotherhood. Being part of RDR is being part of a large family. A family where one can express freely himself and reach out with his brothers and
sisters without constraints. We are an organization where the young and the old can commune with each other without discrimination. And best of all, Rho Delta
Rho is the only organization where the hip-hop and rock/metal genre can mingle with each other freely. Being a 'rhodelta' means having fun..and live life to the
extreme...

Rho Delta Rho is named primely after the initials of the three founding fathers. But as the 21st century opens, RDR devised a creed
where 'RDR' has a true meaning. We adopted the verse "Recreo Defendo Regno", meaning "Rise, Defend, Rule", hence, RDR. The
creed simply tells that Rho Delta Rho has the might to Rise from oppression...Defend its name and vision...and Rule over all...

The organization was founded on September 22,1990 in Anapolis, Greenhills by the founding fathers Roy Thomas Alberto, Dennis
Yulo, and Randy Sese. From the initials of Roy, Dennis, and Randy came out the greek letters ‘Rho’ ‘Delta’ and ‘Rho’, hence,
naming the group Rho Delta Rho. The official logo was created by Roy Thomas Alberto and the handclasp was designed by Randy Sese, Dennis Yulo, Roy
Alberto, and Jason Gonzales. After forming the Organization, they immediately recruited a number of colleagues to support them. One of the very first Rho
Members were Angelo Roces, Jojo Munoz and Joel Baranda..one of the very first sis' of RDR is sis Jacqueline Evans and Beth "Darling". They’ve gained
support from the GUNNERS (then an influential rogue group) since almost all of them were from Gunners. Before the end of the year, they reached the first
100 members consisting mostly of their “barkada” which by now, they are whom we recognize as ‘Senyores’. Because from the start, RDR truly is about
“barkada”, about having fun and being one with your brothers and sisters through thick and thin. After the first 100 Rho members, the standard “3 is to one”
jump-in was implemented w/c until now is still practiced. GREENLANES became the very first chapter of RDR, and in it was where the might and power of
RDR was first displayed.

In 1991, it was decided to move the main chapter from Greenlanes to Robinson’s Galleria. Since then, Galleria became the seat of power of RDR and has
remained supreme and unconquered by any other fraternity or gang up to the present time. Leading the entire organization and its sole bastion is the National
Council, which was formed in 1990. The Council is consisted of five Councilors and they serve as the mind, the might and the law of the entire organization.
The very first Council members were Angelo Roces, Jojo Munoz, Joel Baranda, Pat Garcia, and John Edles..all are Gunners. After Greenlanes, numerous
chapters were formed across Metro Manila. Almost all prestigious schools, colleges and universities has now been occupied by underground RDR chapters. In
the outskirts of the urban cities of Quezon City, Manila, Makati and Pasig, RDR chapters are stationed all over gimmick spots and party grounds.

In 1994, RDR merges with “NOMORE” (National Organization for Moral Regeneration), a Government-Funded Anti-Drug Organization founded by Capt.
Virgilio M. Bacosa.

I have been a Rho Deltan way back in 1991 & I have been seated in the highest position as member of the National COUNCIL in 1998. My vision , as a
Councilor & as a member , is quite simple yet meaningful…
We the Rho Delta Rho of the Philippines , as I see & as I order it , are ONE. We are not a fraternity nor are a gang , we are a Family… A family
that moves in unison, a family that does not serve but helps those in need within us. We have already achieved that since our beginning and I plan to keep it
that way. Rho Delta, understand this…Whatever chapter you are or if you are standing alone… You are under the Five (5) councilors of Rho & you are not
alone for we , your family , are here to back you up. And pls see to it that you are recognized to close misunderstandings. Know your role as a Rho Deltan,
Know your Councilors, know your family, know the rules! As far as I am in the Council , I’ll do my best to keep it that way!!!

RHO has been my way of life since 1993, I've learned a lot from it... I've met a lot of different people in those days, almost all of them, great people who's got
their position in their own territories... they are respected big shots from qc, manila and even from out of town. They all worked hard for the respect they got
from others. The one thing we all had in common was that we were all Rho Deltans, Thus making RHO unchallenged when it comes to "ego" or "pride". We
have won all of our fights with different groups in the past that led us to be respected and feared, now I urge you all to keep it that way 'til the end. We are all
Brothers and Sisters of Rho Delta Rho, we do not bow nor answer to anyone except to ourselves. No one can ever take our pride nor our ego away from us,
for we are all strong! We do what we want to do and we say what we want to say! <--- These are some of the reasons that we are superior. "Learn to respect,
and you will be respected. We are all equal inside RHO, those who think that political position can give them the rights to belittle a fellow Brother and Sister
