JANUARY 2018 EXAMINATION SCHEDULE

The following information and guidelines are to be used during the Mid-year/Final/State exam days. January exams will be held from Jan. 22nd –
25th. Please note 3 classes are scheduled for January 22nd and January 23rd. 2 classes are scheduled for January 24th, Each class is 90
minutes long. Semester Finals or Mid-Terms will be conducted on these days. Students scheduled to take a State exam and a semester
final/mid-term exam on the same day and at the same time must report for the State exam first. In such cases, the teacher and student will
arrange an appropriate make-up time for the school exam. Students with State exam conflicts must report to the conflict room and should
bring something to eat and/or drink. In the event of a weather emergency, the make-up day for classroom finals or mid-term exams, will be
Wednesday afternoon, January 24th and Thursday, January 25th. Regents/RCT State exams canceled due to school closure are rescheduled by
the State not by the school district. Please note: Only students scheduled for a Regents or RCT should attend school on January 25th.
 The first day of the second semester is Friday, Jan. 26th (Day 6)
 Please be advised that Report Cards will be mailed February 2nd
