2016 - present solutions for aerospace & defense, communications, data center and industrial
markets. I was recruited to manage in-house and external programs in support
of marketing, corporate communications and public relations objectives. I have
overseen strategic activities related to a major acquisition in the data center and
optical communications sector, and managed three external public relations
firms. I re-launched the company’s YouTube channel to support product launch-

Newport Beach, CA Mindspeed Technologies was a leading, publicly-traded provider of network
2010 - 2016 infrastructure semiconductor solutions. I was hired to support the company’s
entry into the 4G basestation and small cell market in 2010. I worked both
independently and as a team member, while collaborating with senior execu-
tives, third-party firms, and partners. I interfaced with domestic teams, as well as
marketing, product management and sales executives in the UK, Germany,
China, India, Taiwan, Korea and Japan. I successfully managed public relations,
analyst relations, market research engagements, global trade events, awards
programs, web and video content, social media and sales tool development on
behalf of our three business units. I led a content team that successfully
re-launched the corporate website in 2012. I was honored with Mindspeed FIRST
and Sales Excellence awards for my contributions.

After the company’s 2015 acquisition by MACOM, I was retained to manage


communications projects for the California-based High-Performance Analog
business unit and contributed to the full integration of the company’s web
content and communications business practices into MACOM. I played a leading
role in a multi-year project resulting in the company being honored with a Tech-
nology and Engineering Emmy® Award for the Development of Enabling Tech-
nology for High Density Video Switching and Routing Solutions.

San Diego, CA As a consultant for this venture funded, in-building wireless startup, I managed
2008 - 2009 the launch of their web presence, assisted with product positioning and compet-
itive analysis, directed media outreach, developed training materials and
oversaw an analyst relations program as they moved from stealth mode to the
launch of their first product. I also managed trade show strategy and logistics for
global events, developed a speaker program for company executives and direct-
ed press briefing activities. As a direct result of my promotional efforts, Nextivity
