1. Definitions:

"Eligible Product" means any new and original OfficeJet and Deskjet Printers (originating from the Promoter) of the following

"Participant" means a resident of, or business trading in, India who purchases an Eligible Product from a Participating HP
Reseller in India during the Promotional Period and is the end user of that Product. The Promoter, ist related bodies corporate,
resellers of HP products and any agencies associated with this Promotion their employees and those employees' immediate
families are ineligible to participate.

"End user" is a Participant who purchases an Eligible Product for his, her or ist own personal use in India and not for resale or
re-supply or export.

"Participating HP Reseller" means following outlets:

"Promoter" means HP India Sales Private Limited.

The "Promotional Period" commences on 1st November 2014 to 30th April 2016 (inclusive).

2. Terms and Conditions: Information on how to enter this Promotion and redemption details form part of these terms and
conditions. By submitting an entry, Participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

3. Eligibility
Entry is only open to a Participant. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or person tampering with the entry
process or any entrant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or does not comply with these terms and conditions.

1. To be eligible for this Promotion the Participant must: (a) correctly and fully complete an official online form at
http://www.hp.com/in/buyback with all required information by 5PM EST EST 30th April 2016; (b) print out the voucher
information email showing the promotion purchase price; and (c) purchase the nominated HP printer from nominated
Participating HP Reseller at the promotion purchase price upon submission of the original voucher email to the Participating
HP Reseller and handing over of the old/used HP printer to the Participating HP Reseller at the time of purchase.
2. Each Participant can only redeem a maximum of 2 vouchers.
3. Each voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of registration. For the Promotion Period. All entries must be submitted
online by 5PM EST 30th April 2016 and all purchases must be made by 30th April 2016. Participant(s) will forfeit

submissions not made by any of these dates.

4. Disclaimer
The Promoter will accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail. Further, to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter
excludes liability for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or
providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any
unauthorized intervention, or any combination thereof, including any non-delivery or corruption of entries to the Promoter, injury
or damage to Participants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any
materials in respect of this Promotion. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes any liability for direct, indirect,
special or consequential damages whether under contract or tort. The use of any automated entry software or any other
mechanical or electronic means that allows a Participant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries
submitted by that Participant invalid. If the Promoter has not entered into any correspondence with the Participant prior to the last
mail date of the Promotion, it is the responsibility of the Participant to contact the Promoter to ensure their claim has been received
and/or has been verified.

5. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter shall not be liable for any fault pertaining to the purchase price of Eligible
Products. Participants will need to liaise directly with the Participating HP Reseller for any variances.

6. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotional product bundle outside of this offer

7. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or extend the closing date and criteria of this Promotion at its discretion

8. Entries will be deemed invalid if the same voucher number is used in more than one entry.

9. The Promoter's decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered
into, except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions. No correspondence will be entered into after 6 weeks of closing
date of this Promotion

10. Vouchers are not transferable or assignable. Only the Participant who purchased an Eligible Product may submit the voucher.

11. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for misleading or incorrect information provided by a reseller regarding this
Promotion.

12. Liability for any tax on any prizes provided to Participants pursuant to this Promotion shall be the sole responsibility of the
Participant. It is recommended that Participants should contact their own accountant or taxation advisor in this regard.

13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or
consequential loss), or for a personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of participation in this Promotion, except for any
liability which cannot be excluded by law.

14. Warranties: You warrant to HP that:

a. When returned, each return product will be complete. “Complete” means that the return product is as described on the
online form.
b. When collected, each product and its contents will be free of restrictions, contamination, encumbrances or on-going
payment obligations.
c. You are the sole owner of the return product and used the product(s) for your own personal purposes.
d. You are not a rental company, leasing company, brokerage house or agent thereof.
e. Each return product was originally purchased by you
1. From the original vendor of the product or an authorised reseller of that vendor;
2. Not via an auction process; and

15. All claims and the information contained therein becomes the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects your personal
details in order to conduct this Promotion, and may pass that information to its related bodies corporate and agencies assisting
with the promotion, which may be outside India. If the information requested is not provided, you may not participate in this
Promotion. The Promoter will use the information contained in the entry form to contact you if it has any queries regarding claims,
and to send prizes. If you give your consent HP may contact you from time to time with information about special offers and
products and services that may interest you, but you may unsubscribe later if you no longer wish to receive further marketing
information. You may also contact the Promoter to change your details. Further information on HP's privacy policy can be

16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in India.
