I bring in over 17 years of professional experience includes 12+ years in the field of IT/ERP/SAP and 7.5
years in FMCG industry (Supply Chain Management) in various roles. Currently working as Senior Manager/
Program Manager in Dell Services India, managing implementation project for one of the largest Oil & Gas
Company in Beijing, China.
My functional experience in FMCG industry, combined with I.T. solutions expertise, gives me the breadth
necessary to conceive business ideas and translate the client’s business requirements into IT solutions. Grown
within the management path performing consulting and management roles in IT software service industry,

Project Description : Dow chemicals Group’s business transformation program is implemented SAP ERP
integrated solution called next enterprise architecture [NEA]. It is supported by one ERP SAP system across
Supply Chain, Finance, Quality and Market sales and HR. The scope of the proposed business transformation
program are covered all North America and Latin America in Milestone One and the remaining countries will
be considered in the subsequent milestones.
Responsibilities Handled:
〓 Worked as OTC off-shore lead and led a team of OTC Functional consultants
〓 Re Engineer the existing SAP processes for Applications and Services Business.

Project Description : BP Houston is a British Petroleum downstream project is a offshore project giving support
to North America. The BP architecture is pretty complex with the BP SAP system talking back-n-forth with
several legacy systems. The project supports the various functionalities like SAP IS-Oil, SD, MM, PM and FI/
CO.
Responsibilities Handled:
〓 Responsible for Global SAP Support, Major/Minor Enhancement releases which includes SAP program,
functional modules (SD, PP, MM,FI CO), project delivery and ensuring that team adheres to SLA’s pertaining
to incidents and avoid breaches.
〓 Prepare Project Definition, Estimation, and Functional Specification for Application Development work in
SAP SD and SAP IS OIL.
〓 Interact with Client and Users to understand business requirements and to validate design specifications.
〓 Participate and manage continuous improvement activities related to issues management or quality
processes.

Project Description : Timken manufactures multiple variety of bearing for the various industry segments,
which includes Aerospace, Automobiles, construction industrial, mining, rail and super precision. They are
implementing SAP ECC 5.00 for all modules
across the world in multiple phases. Canada and US Timken are gone live and rest country will be covered
in subsequent phases
Responsibilities Handled:
〓 Worked on Productions ITRs, product test ITRs and test scripts creation and execution
〓 Created the test data and involved in product testing of the object as per the functionality
〓 Requirements gathering and feasibility analysis.
