Ordinary I do not watch television at home and neither reads newspapers unless I happen to visit
somewhere or I am a customer where there is a newspaper or where a television is on. Being on a
pension I try to control my internet usage using pre-paid internet simcards and as such generally
25 neither do download anything or watch videos unless just before the expiry date of the simcard I
got some downloading left and then randomly download whatever I can from YouTube which
later when I have time I do watch over time.
As such I am not some internet junkie out to find certain videos I just go to the side of a video
page and just copy and paste the lot onto a document page and then download them whatever
30 they are about. I explain this so that the videos I am referring to below are simply coincidentally
downloaded without having specifically looked for them or even knew their existence as to the
subject matter.
I yesterday happen to click to play on a video titled ‘Peekay Truth Silenced Over Melbourne -
35 The Corrupt Australian Government - Police - Media Exposed!’ https://youtu.be/hE8B0K-
qFCY which title didn’t to me give any indication as to it relating to the alleged Bourke Street
carnage of 20 January 2017, however regardless what the person who posted the video may or
may not argue it does show that, what previously unknown tome, the driver had entered the
footpath in Swanston Street and remarkably the 3 police vehicles somehow never then seemed to
40 have blocked the motor vehicle in to prevent from moving further. It also shows that the driver
was at that time avoiding hitting any pedestrians.
As a member of the public generally not watching tele vision I am therefore not influenced by
whatever may be shown on television. As such I remain to be open minded.
Obviously, if there actually people killed in the 20 January 2017 carnage in Bourke Street, to
45 which I have no factual evidence, then one has to consider why would the driver in driving in
Swanston Street avoiding hitting pedestrians and then shortly thereafter change his conduct to
allegedly start running down pedestrians? The change of the modus operandi of the driver, as

alleged, clearly makes it questionable what really eventuated and why the change in conduct of
the driver, as alleged?
Whyen one listen to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kg2m5yGypxA ‘Peekay Interview With
HowISee The World’ it appears to me that the Victorian Police were using an arrest to have a
5 person (Peekay) put in a mental home merely for posting videos on YouTube about the Bourke Street
incident of 20 January 2017. In my view the police conducting themselves as such appears to indicate
they were seeking to hide something from the general public. I can only assume that the posting of
the video ‘Peekay Truth Silenced Over Melbourne - The Corrupt Australian Government’
https://youtu.be/hE8B0K-qFCY might likely have been the issue at the time. While it appears
10 that Peekay had deleted the video at the time it was seemingly published by someone else, this as
on 2 March 2017 I downloaded it, albeit never viewed it until today 19 January 2018, merely
going through past downloaded videos to see what they were about.
It might not be understood in general but the Framers of the Constitution (Commonwealth of
Australia Constitution Act 1900 (UK)) made clear that the liberties of our constitution was no lesser
15 then those with the American Constitution with it’s than 14 Amendments. As such PREEDOM OF
SPEECH applies in the Commonwealth of Australia also and the police manipulating their powers to
prevent a person to post or continue to post videos I view is a very serious matter.
The tone of the ‘Peekay Truth Silenced Over Melbourne - The Corrupt Australian
Government’ video appears to me is that the entire incident was a FALSE FLAG (albeit the
20 word was to my knowledge not used) and it reminded me to another video which likewise claims
to expose that people who were allegedly killed were in fact crisis actors. In my view a
competent police could have blocked in the driver in Swanston Street but didn’t do so. And I
view this is a serious matter and gives a reasonable claim to some persons that it was all staged
and the police were never going to intercept the driver for the purpose it was a false flag
25 operation with crisis actors. Cars are often out of control of the drivers ability, as we often hear a
person accidentally hitting the gas pedal instead of the brakes, and so was this an elaborate
FALSE FLAG incident that might have gone horrible wrong, and in the process people did get
killed?
I below have reproduced a correspondence to President Donald Trump which appears to indicate
30 that crisis actors were involved in the Las Vegas shooting.
It also seemed to indicate that this alleged shooting was planned well in advance not just by the
purported shooter paddock but the government and authorities.
It also reminds me on the issue of the Port Arthur shootings where the funeral director had
mysteriously ordered a special truck beforehand, which was then delivered (later to become a
35 senator, albeit found not entitled to be so!) And to my readings of articles there were people who
claimed they knew the claimed killer Martin Bryant and they made it clear it was not him who
was doing the shooting. (Keith Allan Noble On Why Martin Bryant Could Not Have Carried Out
1996 Port Arthur Massacre! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=g5vplwjX-Zo). To my understanding
no inquest then was held either, which may have been to avoid to exit was a government set up,
40 where reportedly a former Premier of NSW had about a year before the shooting made known
that for gun control a Port Arthur shooting might be needed. In my view the Victorian Coroner
should have held and still should hold an inquest to establish what really could have eventuated.
After all where there was no DNA or finger prints found to link Martin Bryant to the shooting
then surely it is in the interest of the general community to know why Victorians were killed and
45 by whom. Hence I still urge a proper inquest for this also.
Are we next to expect that the coroner will shut down any inquest into the Bourke Street issues,
as I understand was done with the murder of Mr Carl Williams? As to which I during 2017
exposed that there was a lot more to it then the Victorian Ombudsman had referred to in his
report!
50 Whenever there is an incident of alleged mass killings then ordinary persons affected by it may
provide financial contribution towards a cause to assist victims and/or their family, even so they

themselves may not really be in a financial capacity to do so. If then the incident was a FALSE
FLAG incident then those people really were financially ripped off.
I do wish to remind the Coroner that it goes with a titled the Coroners Court and the 2-1-1901
Letters Patent of the Governor for Victoria made clear that this had to be an impartial
5 administration of justice for Victoria. As such, the coroner is not some puppet-on-a-string for
the government to manipulate but the coroner is under a legal obligation to be and remain and be
shown to bed impartial. Hence the Coroner’s Court must not tolerate any kind of interference by
the Government of the Day whatsoever and must act according to law.
If it was a stages incident that somehow went horrible wrong then the authorities including the
10 Government should be held legally accountable. We cannot have a Coroners Court blatantly
disregarding its legal and moral obligation to We, the People! Being it the Port Arthur incident,
the murder of Carl Williams, the Bourke Street incident it must be properly investigated as a
failure by the Coroner to do so might rightfully question the independence and impartiality of the
coroner.

Sir,
I hereby lodge with you a complaint of suspected INSIDER TRADING involving MGM
Resorts International shares CEO James Murren and Mr George Soros.
I understand that Mr George Soros did make a bet of about 42 million dollars that the shares of
25 MGM Resorts International would go down and I understand that prior to the Las Vegas reported
shooting event CEO Mr James Murren sold about $10 million of shares in what is I understand a
planned staged Las Vegas shooting on 1 October 2017 which pretended that about 50 people
were killed. I below made some screen prints of a video that can be downloaded from
https://youtu.be/cndOsUE8yi4 How Billions were FOOLED by the Vegas shooting
30 I below reproduce screenshots including of a person allegedly declared dead who then later
opens her eyes. Also about a woman in hospital allegedly shot through her lung and arm and yet
with her sister who allegedly was shot in the arm nevertheless are singing happily in hospital
without any impairment in movement. I understand there were also fund raining for the injured
which now appears to have been stage-actors and advised on 30 September 2017 they would be
35 on a shooting incident on 1 October 2017.
I consider this a very serious matter of what appears now to have been a staged fake shooting
and by this the CEA James Murren sold about 80% of his shares holding before it went down, as
he likely was aware of the fake shooting incident and so make about $10 million plus and Mr
George Soros may have been aware of this and so made an alleged $42 million bet that the shares
40 of MGM Resorts International would go down, which he may have expected in view of the
alleged fake shooting incident. As Mr George Soros allegedly purchased a lot of stock as shown
below then I view he too could possibly be up for INSIDER TRADING.

We must not ignore that many ordinary shareholders might have been duped by this purported
45 Las Vegas shooting. And this besides those who attended and then find that their evening was
ruined. Further the credibility of the US of A I view is placed in question and if real events take
place then people might just doubt this also.

In my view there can be absolutely no excuse to have this purported las Vega shooting going on
50 and on when this has negatively affected so many persons.
The question now is also if the FBI itself was involved and for this I view my complaint better is
directed to you personally.

smiling.

It appears to me that this ‘stage shooting event’ was planned well in advance and the video
referred to above shows a lot more issues in question.
15 I consider this a very serious matter as not only for suspected INSIDER TRADING, and so
many people may have been financial harmed as result, but also to the harm it has caused in the
overall where the people around the world as well as within the US of A now may be skeptic
about when an event is real or staged.

A nose cone of a plane in my view would never make it through a building as this did still
intact and then explode afterwards as can be seen on the video.
10 In this case real people were harmed and I view obviously the purported investigations failed to
appropriately address those issues! If it was mass murder then those involved should be held
legally ac countable!
People just now might wonder when is the alleged truth the real truth!

rather more that of some rocket! And a plane would not have caused the foundations at ground
level to be blown out either! The above links are provided so the videos can be checked out, if
desired to do so! However, it must be clear that it is reasonable to suspect that the conduct of the
police was very questionable in the Bourke Street rampage!
