P1A Series cylinders are ideal for the food, packag-

ing and textile industries. All P1A cylinders incorpo-
rate fixed end cushions and magnetic pistons
standard. Other standard features include 304
stainless steel bodies, piston rods and black anod-
ized aluminum end caps for superior corrosion
resistance.

P1L Series

P1L series cylinders are sleek, round body cylinders

featuring threaded end caps for easy maintenance
at either end. The P1L’s short overall length, versatile

may be too long, and where low profile cylinders
may provide inadequate bearing support.

The 2MNR Series offers the addition of non-rotating

loading, this cylinder comes standard with two different
tooling plate options with specials offered by request.

P1D Series

P1Y Series Rodless Cylinders

• 25, 32 and 40mm bore sizes
• Available strokes up to 7 meters
• Wrap-around bearing for high load bearing capability
• Multi-ported for easy plumbing

The P1Y Series rodless cylinder is an innovative

design, built with the highest quality components. With
its innovative design, it provides maximum performance.
With different mountings and shock absorber options,
the P1Y rodless cylinder should suit even the most
demanding applications.

P1Z Series Rodless Cylinders

• 16, 20 and 32mm bore sizes
• Basic and guided versions

The P1Z Series Magnetically Coupled Rodless Cylinders

feature a magnetic piston and carriage that allow rodless
cylinder design with no external leakage. The P1Z
Series cylinders are available in two versions, the basic
version in which the load must be externally guided and
a guided version that has the guides built in.

HBBY Series Rodless Cylinders

• 4 supported sizes
• Composite and sealed ball bearings available
• Extremely high load bearing capability

The HBBY Series Guided Rodless Cylinder features the

P1Y Series cylinders with a built in gantry table. Utilizing
a free floating connection between the cylinder and the
table, the HBBY Series will provide millions of trouble
free cycles.

P5L Series Linear Slides

The P5L is engineered with the most demanding

applications in mind. With options like self-aligning
bearings, which provide a guided bearing system for
the most load intensive applications, and micro-
adjusters to provide the most accurate stroke adjust-
ment, the P5L isengineered to suit any application.

The P5L has also been designed to incorporate direct

mounting capabilities, virtually eliminating the need
for transition plates. A P5L thrust model can directly
mount to a base model either with the standard
through mounting holes or with the integral T-slot
mounting grooves.

PRNA Series
Vane Rotary Actuators
• 5 miniature and 4 standard models
• Rotation angles 90°, 100°, 270° and 280°
• Oscillating reference points of 40°, 45° and 90°
• 1.33 to 2355 in-lb torque at 100 PSI
PRN Series single or double-vane actuators yield a
high output torque to weight ratio. The unique vane
design assures minimal leakage and stable low
speed oscillation at low operating pressures.
Foot or flange mounting is available. Reed and Hall
effect switches are optional. Operating pressures to
140 PSI.

Pneumatic Grippers

• Single acting, double acting, spring assist and spring return

Grippers are available in either true parallel with strokes ranging

from 0.12 to 6 inches or angular with 30° or 180° degree
gripping configurations in sizes from miniature to heavy duty.
Gripper options include spring assist or spring return grippers
which provide a fail-safe mode in the event of a power failure.
Reed or Hall Effect switches or proximity sensors are also
available with many series.
For dirty environments dust covers or wiper assemblies can be
provided. Clean room models are also available.

accessories, you have unlimited flexibility. All aluminum profiles
are made to metric standards with connecting hardware avail-

The P5S-P Series is a precision slide table that is

designed for moving loads quickly and accurately.
The double bore design provides maximum force
output while limiting its overall size. Optional
mounting kits provide the possibility to mount the
precision slide table on 4 sides and in conjunction
with other actuators.

XL Series
• Thrust, reach and base styles
• Optional bumpers, adjustable stop collars, stainless
steel support shafts, composite bushings, dowel
pin holes, flow controls and fluorocarbon seals
• Mounts with counterbored through holes and fully
adjustable “T”-slots
• Maximum operating pressure 7 bar (100 PSI)

The XL Series has three configurations, four bore

sizes and is fully featured with a complete line of
available options. An integral alignment coupler
