Delivery & Installation schedule:

For General Arrangement Drawing (GAD) 15 days required from the date of
releasing the order along with the advance payment.

The material can be delivered within 45 days from the date of approval of
General Arrangement Drawing subject to the site readiness condition and receipt
of Material Intimation payment.

The Elevator can be handed over within 30 days from the receipt of material
at the site subject to site readiness condition, civil interface works & quality three
phase and single power supply.

Payment Terms:

10% Interest Free advance on signing the contract.

80% on Intimation of Material Readiness at Factory (To be paid 6 weeks
before delivery of materials)
10% on Handing over of the Elevator

1. SHAFT

a. Shaft should be completely plastered (In case of Brick wall) to our required
dimension as per General Arrangement drawing to clear plumb.
b. Complete white washing to be done.

2. STORAGE PLACE

a. Necessary lockable storage space should be given near the Elevator shaft.
b. Minimum of 400sq.ft per Elevator required.

3. POWER SUPPLY

a. 3-phase (MCB) power supply should be available in the M/C room.

b. Single phase one for shaft lighting & one for lift car should be available.
c. Bulk head fittings with 3-pin socket & ON-OFF Switch should be provided
in the shaft.
d. 5 Amps 3-pin socket in the M/C room for Inverter to be provided.
e. Two No 8 Gauge copper earth with earth link.

4. MACHINE ROOM

a. Load hook / steel channels to be provided in the top of the ceiling.

b. Cross ventilation with glass louvers to be provided.

5. PIT

a. Pit should be filled to required depth from the finished floor level.
b. Pit should be Clean, Dry and water proofed
