Negative Effects of 11th Badhaka

In this chart under study with eight planets signifying 11 th Badhaka, adverse effect has been found
not only in health but also in wealth, education, carrier and married life. Of course, further study of
more charts is required.

Election 1st phase starts from 11/3/17.
Hints: If the 10th CSL signifies houses 3/10/11, success is assured.
For BJP, the 10th CSL is Rahu placed in the 8th. It represents the Sun 2 (9) and is in the star of
Ketu in 2. Ketu represents the Sun 2 (9) and is in the sub of Saturn 12 (2, 3). This is 3 ok for suc-
cess.

An astrological friend of mine came with a xeroxed paper (which is published in KP-Ezine
September 2012 Page No. 49 ) in his hand and, showing it to me, he asked me “Murthy
Garu, Can you justify the matter which is Xeroxed and copied here from the famous Astrol-
ogy & Athrishta- September 1967 issue. In it the following matter is published as follows:-

Sir,
What is the correct time of my birth? I should know the correct position of all the cusps and
the planets. I am told that I was born on 5-4-1920 at about 4 PM at 20-42N/71-01 1E.

Question put and answered at 2-00 PM Sunday, 9-7-1967 at Bombay.
Lastly, the following para is also published in it which is given within brackets.
(Students should carry out the research and confirm: The position of Lagna in a sign at the
moment of judgment is the position of the Moon in that sign. In the case of Mr. Ratilal
Thaker, the position of Lagna at 2-00 PM on 9-7-1967, the time of judgment, agree with the
position of Moon in his horoscope for 3-59 PM IST on 5-4-1920)
My analysis is done strictly by following the rules and regulations framed by Sri. Kanakji, in

First part
This is the horary question posed by Mr. P. R. Visa from the UK who has been residing there for the
last few years. He gave number 157 on 15 Dec 2016 at 20-23-00 hours over the phone. I have plot-
ted a horary chart at 20-24-10 hours and the same is attached.
This is the case of a native who is already residing in the UK, and he now wishes to settle in that
country on a permanent basis (11th house – desire).
To settle abroad means to consider the present place of his stay as his permanent residence (4 th
house).
1. MOON speaks the querent’s mind- Moon is the owner of 9th (abroad), aspected directly by the lord
of the 11th house, Mercury. Moon is in the star of Jupiter being the lord of 2 and 5 and posited in
the 11th (accomplishment of desire). Moon is in the sub of Saturn, lord of 3 and 4 placed in the 1 st.
Thus, Moon signifies all the relevant houses i.e. 3- obtaining visa, PR card; 4- place of residence/
stay; and 11- accomplishment of desire.
2. Whether the event is promised—11th house speaks of one’s accomplishments and fulfillment of his
desires.
As per the chart, the 11 th cusp sub lord is Venus. Venus is the lord of 12- stay abroad, 7- visits to
various places including foreign countries, and is placed in the 2nd cusp (but within 1 degree orb to
the 3rd cusp).
Venus is in Moon star, lord of 9 posited in the 8 th, and in the sub of Jupiter, lord of 2 and 5, placed
in the 11th house.
Thus, the 11th cusp sub lord, Venus, at its star level signifies houses 9- abroad, 3- visa or PR docu-
ment, 12- stay abroad, and at its sub lord level it signifies the 11 th thereby clearly indicating the ful-
fillment of his desire to get the PR card.
3. Ascendant cusp speaks about his efforts towards getting the PR card-- as per the chart, the As-
cendant cusp sub lord is Jupiter which co-rules the 9th also. Jupiter is in Mars star, lord of 1 and 6
placed in the 3rd house, and in the sub of Rahu placed in the 9 th house. Rahu represents Sun - lord
of 10 in the 1st; Mars lord of 1 and 6 in the 3 rd; and Saturn lord of 3 and 4 in the 1 st.
Thus, the Ascendant cusp sub lord, Jupiter, signifies house 11 at the star level, and 4 at its sub lord
level during the conjoined period of the significators of houses 3-4-11. This indicates clearly that

Next available is Mercury sookshma from 9/8/2017 to 20/8/2017. Mercury signifies houses 3 and
11 at star level, and 3 and 4 at sub level.
So, I feel he is likely to get his PR card around the second week of August 2017.
As per the natal chart of this native---

12th cusp sub lord and the 1st cusp sub lord should signify 3, 9 or 12 to indicate settlement abroad.
As per the chart, the 12 th cusp sub lord is Saturn + and it signifies 12 at its star level and 9 at its
sub level. This assures permanent settlement abroad.
The Ascendant cusp sub lord is Venus who co-rules the 11th also. Venus signifies houses 9 and 12 at
its star level, and 12 at its sub level, and this also promises the fulfillment of the event of settlement
abroad.
Second part
Why I failed in my prediction? –a re-examination of my analysis

Facts of the case--- the native informed me by mail that he got his PR visa card on 17 Jan 2017 as
against my prediction of second week of August 2017.
On a re-examination of my analysis, to know where exactly I have gone wrong, the following points
are observed---
1) The 11th cusp falls in Virgo sign- with MERC (sgl)—MOON (stl)—VENUS (sbl). All the three planets
are fast moving planets, and so the 11 th cusp sub lord, Venus, should give the results rapidly,
that is within a short period of time. This aspect should have been taken into consideration while
arriving at the result.
2) In my opinion, I have gone wrong in selecting the “Effective Ruling Planets at the time of judg-
ment”.
The following are the ruling planets at the TOJ---
DATE-15-12-2016 @20-24-10 HOURS @ SECUNDRABAD—
ASC- MOON-SAT-MERC.
RASI- MERC-JUP-SAT.
DAY LORD—JUP.
On the day of judgment- A) Mercury and Sun are conjoined. So take Sun also.
B) Saturn is aspecting Venus by its 3 rd aspect, Rahu by its 10th aspect and
Jupiter is aspecting Venus by its 5th aspect. So I have to take Rahu and Venus also as RPs.
So the effective ruling planets are =

SAT (2)-MERC (2)-JUP (2)-MOON-VENUS-RAHU-KETHU- SUN.
As against my earlier selection of RPs –MERC-SAT-JUP-MOON.

Due to my wrong selection of ruling planets at the time of judgment - since Venus was not chosen in
the RPs as per the rules for the selection of RPs, I have not taken VENUS, RAHU, KETHU AND SUN
in the list of common fruitful significators.
Had I selected these four planets, the mistake of rejecting antara lord Venus due to its not being in
the list of common fruitful significators, would not have occurred.
Actually, it is during VENUS antara period only (from 6-12-2016 to 9-5-2017) that the event has ma-
terialized. Venus signifies the 3 rd at star level, and 11 at the sub level. Sun transits in Jupiter sign
(Sagittarius) in Venus star from 29/12 to 11/1. Jupiter is the D/L and Venus is the A/L agrees.
Under Venus antara –

Venus is already selected as A/L so it is dropped.
Next come Sun and Moon sookshma lords.

Sun signifies house 3 at its star level, and 3 and 4 at its sub level.
Whereas Moon S/L signifies, as sub lord of 4th, – 11 at its star level, and 3 and 4 at its sub lord level,
thereby completing the circuit of all the three houses.
Moon sookshma period runs from 9/1/2017 to 21/1/2017.

The event took place only during Moon sookshma period that is on 17 Jan 2017.
From the above introspective analysis, I have learnt a lesson that every aspect of KP rules plays a vi-
tal role in giving the correct result, and I cannot afford to over look any of them in any manner.

Part III--- tackling the same through Sri KanaK ji’s Rule---
Hints getting PR VISA CARD---( as per sri Kanak Ji)
If the 10th (which presides over preferment or one’s inclination for permanency) (Matter depending on
others) cusp sub lord signifies the 5th (one’s self interest (things done in)), 9 (Legal action/success in
venture/Making something legal/Passport), 11 (one’s reputation as a winner (success to get pass-
port/PR/Green card in this case)), then in the DBA of the significators of houses 5, 9, and 11 success
is assured.
3. 10th cusp- 10th cusp sub lord in the horary chart is Rahu. Rahu is in the 9 th cusp but is placed in
the 10th house (6 degrees orb). Rahu is in Kethu star placed in the 3 rd cusp, but placed in 4th house.
It is in Mercury sub, lord of houses 8 and 11 placed in the 2nd house.
Rahu represents Sun, Mars, and Saturn, and Kethu represents Mars and Saturn.
Sun, lord of the 10th is in the 1st cusp, Mars lord of 1 and 6 is in the 3 rd cusp, and Saturn, lord of 3
and 4 is placed in the 1st cusp.
Thus, the 10th cusp sub lord, Rahu, signifies house 9 at its star level, and 11 at its sub level. It also
signifies house 10 through its representative, Mercury. Thus, the event of getting PR Visa card is
promised.

RPs. Saturn + signifies house 11 @its star level, and 9 at its sub level, and this promises the event.
So it is OK.
---Under Saturn + bhukthi, the available anthra periods are---
Saturn, Mercury, and Kethu anthra periods have already lapsed.
Next comes anthra lord Venus. It is in the CFS. It runs from 06/12/2016 to 09/05/2017.
Venus signifies house 9 at star level, and 5 and 11 at its sub lord level.
Under Venus anthra period Venus S/L is already taken as A/L, next comes Sun S/L which is not
among the CFS, and is also not taken.
Next comes sookshma lord Moon who is among the CFS and runs from 09/01/2017 to 21/01/2017.
Moon signifies houses 5, 9, and 11 at its star level.
So, I could have boldly said that the event will fructify before 21/Jan/ 2017.
Facts of the case – this native got the PR Visa card on 17 Jan 2017.

a live example of Retrograded Jupiter

The parents of a baby girl once sought my astrological advice regarding their daughter who seemed
not to be in a normal health condition. She was feeling weak and getting tired easily, and was quite
inactive compared with others. What I found, and my conclusions thereof, was a great chance for me
to discuss about RETROGRADED JUPITER again, an issue that I have repeatedly discussed in this
journal KP-EZine.

Analysis
The Lagna falls in Cancer, the fourth sign of the Zodiac, which, in general, rules the Albumen
(Blood), Blood Serum, Brain covering, Breast, Chest, stomach and digestive organs. The Lord of the
sign Cancer, the Moon, is a Karaka planet for blood and blood circulation, and the prevailing fluids of
the body. It rules the breasts, intestines, Lymph, Eye sight, Throat, Nervous debility, Chest, Mind
and Kidneys. The sign, Cancer, being the fourth sign of the natural Zodiac, rules the Heart, Lungs,
chest, and Blood of the Kaala Purusha.
The Lagna Lord is posited in the 12th (Hospitalization/Moksha or salvation/Renunciation/

Untreatable and Terminal), and this house falls in the sign Gemini which is owned by Mercury. The
Lagna’s Star and Sub Lord, Mercury+, is the lord of houses 12 (Hospitalization, Renunciation, Direct
towards Moksha) and 3 (Mind, Away from Home), and is posited in the 3rd, in the star of Rahu that is
in the 4th (Heart/End of Life) in conjunction with Mars. Mercury aspects houses 7 (Maraka) 10 & 11
(Badhaka). All these significations and connections of the Lagna Sub lord indicate the poor health
condition of this little girl.
The 6th cusp of disease is under the rule of Jupiter(R), Venus and Rahu, these being the Sign Lord,
Star Lord and Sub Lord, respectively. Jupiter(R), also being the lord of 9 (Fate), which is the 12 th sign
of the natural Zodiac, represents hospitals, and it is placed in the 11th cusp, which is the Badha-
kasthana for Cancer Lagna. Venus is Marakasthanadhipati. Out of the two representatives of Rahu,
i.e. Mars and Jupiter(R), the most detrimental indicator is Jupiter(R), the lord of house 6 placed in 11
(Badhakasthana). The significations of the 8th cusp sub, Venus+, of the 12th, and 12th sub Moon of
the houses 6 and 12 with 1 (Lagna), indicate that the native suffers from serious and chronic disease.
Furthermore, the chief ruler of the blood, the Sun, being the lord of the 2 nd cusp (Maraka) is placed
in the 3rd, afflicting Virgo sign, the ruling house of Blood, and is badly afflicted by being placed in a
star owned by Moon that is in the 12 th, and in the sub of Venus (Badhaka), connecting with the 4 th
(Heart/Blood).
In the formation system of the blood, Mars has to do the special job of making Haemoglobin, a pro-
tein in the Red Blood Cells that carries oxygen throughout the body, in the liver, which is under the
rule of Jupiter. Hence, I conclude that the native is suffering from deficiency of Red Blood Cells due
to affliction of Jupiter(R), and as a result, lack of Iron in the blood. My astrological diagnosis is that
the little girl is suffering from Iron deficiency Anaemia (IDA).
The native was born during the DBAS of Jupiter, Venus, Jupiter, and Rahu respectively, and all of
them are found to be the significators of illness in this chart.

After my astrological advice to see a physician in this connection, they first suspected that it might
be Thalassemia. Later, however, the medical personnel advised the parents to give her plenty of nu-
tritional foods. They also informed them that the blood was at a low weight.
In the course of my study of Medical Astrology, I have found that Jupiter(R), when connected with a
Node or any other retrograded planet in any natal chart, makes the native sick by means of blood
related diseases.

Visa, Work Permits, etc. belong to the 3rd house. If the sub lord of the 3 rd cusp is significator of
houses 3 or 11, one gets the desired result or document. And the 11th cusp sub lord should also sig-
nify houses 3 or 11 for positive results.
3rd CUSP SUB LORD

Here the 3rd sub lord is Rahu who is placed in 11 and it is in the star of Ketu who is in 5. It is in the
sub of Mercury placed in 3 and the lord of 1 and 10. In this case 3 rd cusp sub lord is deposited in the
sub of Mercury which is retrograde [Mercury is retrograde from 20-12-2016 to 9-1-2017].
As per Guru ji, K.S.KRISHNAMURTI JI, If the sub lord of a cusp is retrograde then event will materi-
alise after the day when planet becomes direct. But, if the constellation of a planet and its sub, when
either of them is retrograde, then the event will not materialize.
In the case under reference, 3 rd cusp sub lord is deposited in the sub of Mercury which is retrograde
on the day of judgement, that is on 4-1-2017. Further, 3 rd cup sub lord, Rahu [Leo sign], and it star
lord, Ketu [Acquaris sign], are both deposited in fixed signs. So I politely told the querent that chanc-
es of him receiving the interview letter are not indicated.
Facts of the case

Querent, who has applied for another better job in the first week of December 2016, was waiting for

Hint: If the 10th cusp sub lord signifies 3,9,10 and 12, then transfer will occur during the
DBA of significators of 3,9,10 and 12.
Analysis of 10th cusp: Jupiter is sub lord of the 10th cusp. Jupiter is in the star of Sun and
sub of Rahu. There is no planet in the stars of Jupiter. Jupiter is posited in 3 and owns 6
and 10, and is connected with 2, 4, 8 and 10 by sublordship. Sun occupies 2 and owns 3.
Rahu is posited in 2. Rahu represents Sun, Venus, and Mars. Venus is posited in 2 and
owns 11. Mars is posited in 5 and owns 5.

fer is certain before 23.1.17. Venus is also the cuspal sub lord of the 12th cusp and is in-
cluded in the RPs which appear twice. So, Venus is also selected.
The interesting fact is that sometimes, despite not being a common planet, the cuspal sub
lord and significator planet may be considered if the Dasha supports the materialization of
an event. Venus is posited in 2 with Sun, and Sun is dashanath.
Antara: There are 4 antaras left during the Bhukti of Venus.
Running Antara of Jupiter (27.7.16 to 14.9.16): Antara of Jupiter is left out because it is not
among the common planets and transfer is expected to be delayed, as well as the fact that
three antaras are also there in the Bhukti of Venus.
Next antara is of Saturn (14.9.16 to 19.11.16). Antara of Saturn is also left out although it
is a common planet. Transfer is expected to be delayed, so we can see the next Antara.
Now there are two Antaras left i.e. Mercury (11.11.16 to 2.1.2017) and Ketu (2.1.2017 to
23.1.17). We can evaluate them both and select accordingly. The fact is that both these
planets are also not among the common planets. Mercury is significator of 3 and 12, and
Mercury is also sub lord of cusps 3, 9 and 12. Ketu is not a significator of 3, 9, 10 and 12,
but represents Mars which is a common planet. So Ketu is a better planet to get the job
done.
Prediction: Transfer will happen during the Antara of Ketu i.e. during 2.1.2017 to
23.1.2017.
Outcome: Transfer orders came in month of December 2016, but the native joined his new
post in another place, far from the present post, on 9 January 2017.
When transfer orders came in December 2016 I re-checked and found the above facts, and
observed that there are two things in the event. First thing is the order of transfer, and the
second is the native joining his new post. So I suggested that the native cannot join before 2
January 2017.
This example showed the role of the cuspal sub lord and the node ketu towards materializa-
tion of an event .
I am thankful to Sh Kanak Bosmia sir for his constant support to his students like us that
despite our failure in predictions he always suggests that we re-check the reasons for fail-
ure. Thus, it really helps us to understand that astrology is a science based on rules and
certain principles, and needs continuous practice.

A Re-look on my Horary Analysis

One of my long time clients came to me and asked the following question by giving a horary
number 196/249.
Question:- I am badly in need of money. Shall I get help from my close friend?
Horary No.196/249; DOJ:-28-06-2016; TOJ:-02-54-11 PM; POJ:- Kurnool.(AP).
MOON indicates the mind of the querent. Moon (3-7) is in the star of Mercury (5-6, 9), and
in the sub of Venus (6-5, 10). 6 indicates loan. So, the question raised by the querent is a
genuine one. So, we can proceed to further analyse the horary chart.
Fulfillment of the desire is indicated by the 11th house. 11th cusp sub lord in this horary
chart is Mercury.
Mercury (5-6, 9) is in the star of Mars (10-4, 11), and in the sub of Venus (6-5, 10). Here,
the 11th CSL Mercury’s star lord, Mars, is in retrogate motion.
“Planet in direct motion if deposited in the constellation of a retrograde planet, one

cannot have success”. (Horary Astrology-Reader VI – Page no. 146).
Hence I declared that this querent will never get any sort of financial help from his close
and intimate friend.
Actual fact:- My client got financial help from his friend on 20-08-2016 and received cash
Rs.80,000/-
Re-look of my analysis is as follows:-

My client received Rs. 80,000/- on 20-08-2016 (during the period of Mercury/Venus/Ketu/
Mars which was running from 18-08-2016 to 22-08-2016).
From this, it clearly reveals that RETROGRESSION SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED in
horary also.
” Planet is the source, constellation indicates nature of the results, and the SUB is the de-
ciding factor whether the matter is favourable or not.”
Based on this rule, it is proved beyond doubt that the sub is a decider even when the star
lord does not favour the result.
Here, in this chart, Mars the star lord of the 6th sub lord (Mercury), though it is in retro-
grade motion, since the sub lord Venus (sub lord of the 6th sub lord Mercury) as a decider
signified 6th, it has given favourable results.
I have overlooked one more important point that –
“even though the star lord is in retrograde motion, if it signifies one of the relevant houses of
judgment (Mars-11 as sign lord), it will give the positive result when the retrograde motion
turns in to direct motion and comes on to the original longitude position from where it be-
came retrograde in motion.”
Here, in the chart, Mars, the star lord of the 6th cusp sub lord at the time of judgment, was
in retrograde motion, and became direct on 01 July 2016 (and came to the original retro-
grade longitude position (14-49 degrees) on ( original retro date18-4-2016) on 22-8-2016.
So, it has given the positive result on 20/8/2016.
K.P. Rule for getting financial help:- In horary charts, sub lord of the 11th cusp should
not be retrograde and should not be deposited in the constellation of retrograde planets,
and it should be the significator of houses 2,6 or 11, then one will get financial help from a
particular person (his friend) during the conjoined dasa period of 2-6-11.

1st cusp denotes the querent. 7th cusp indicates the opponent/financier. 8th house indicates
financial status (money) of the financier (7th cusp). 8th is the 2nd from the 7th. Hence, when
the 8th cusp sub lord signifies 8-12 or 5, one will get monetary help from a particular per-
son.
In this horary chart, the 11th CSL Mercury (5-6, 9) is in the star of Mars (10-4, 11) and in
the sub of Venus (6-5, 10).
[In the signification of Mercury (11th CSL), improving houses can be seen in total 5 where
as non-improving houses can be seen only 4]. So we can say yes to the querent. In this ho-
rary map, 8th CSL SUN (6-8) is in the star of Rahu (8) and in the sub of Mercury (5-6, 9).
Rahu is conjoined with Jupiter (8-3, 12); aspected by Saturn (11-1, 2) and in the sign of
Sun (6-8).
Actually as per bhava system, Sun is in the 5th bhava, but it is a custom now- a- days that
every astrologer is applying the ORB theory. As per Orb theory, Sun signifies the 6th.

Daylord=Mars. Both nodes represent Jupiter, which is in Moon sign lord as RP. So Rahu
and Ketu should be included in the RPs. Then the total RPs are Venus, Rahu, Mars, Jupi-
ter, Mercury and Ketu.
COMMON PLANETS from significator & RPs are Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Rahu
and Ketu.
At the time of judgment, Mercury/Venus/Mercury joint period was running from 03-03-
2016 to 27-07-2016. As Mercury has already appeared as Dasanatha, it may not be taken
into consideration as Anthranatha. Next to him, Ketu can be selected as it is in the com-
mon planets. Next, Mars can be selected as sookshmanatha because it is also in the com-
mon planets. On 20-08-2016 my client received Rs. 80,000/- from his friend.
Dasanatha Mercury (5-6, 9) is in the star of Mars (10-4, 11) and in the sub of (6-5, 10).
Bhukthinatha Venus (6-5, 10) is in the star of Rahu (8) and in the sub of Moon (3-7). Rahu
is conjoined with Jupiter (8-3, 12); aspected by Saturn (11-1, 2) and in the sign of Sun (6-
8).
Anthranatha Ketu (2) is in the star of Jupiter (8-3, 12) and in the sub of Saturn (11-1, 2).
Sookshmanatha Rahu (8) is in the star of Venus (6-5, 10) and in the sub of Saturn (11-1,

Out of sheer curiosity to know the winning chances of BJP in the UP assembly elections to
be held in 2017 (Feb-March), a horary question suddenly arose in my mind on 28 Jan 2017
@my residence @04-39-00 PM hours, and I plotted the chart immediately. The chart for ho-
rary no. I89 plotted @ 04-40-07 P.M. is attached.
KP rules (refer Sri Kanak Ji article in K P E zine of Dec 2011)
If the 10th cusp (one’s position in politics) sub lord signifies 10- one’s position, 3- one’s abil-
ity, and 11- success of one’s reputation. I have also additionally taken account of these
houses from the opposition’s perspective to make sure of the loss of the opposition which is
a gain for the native in question, and then success is promised.
As per the chart—10th cusp sub lord is Mercury+. No planets are placed in Mercury stars,
and it signifies 10 strongly as cuspal sub lord. Mercury is the lord of 2 and 11 placed in the
5th. Mercury is in Venus star, who is lord of 3 and 10, and placed in the 7th, and it is in the
sub of Saturn, lord of 6 and 7, placed in the 4th house.
Thus, the 10th cusp sub lord Mercury + signifies houses 3, 10, and 11 at star level, and 6 at
its sub level, thereby assuring success in the elections.
As per the conventional rules on Elections—
Sub lords of 1, 6, & 11 cusps should be strong significators of Upachaya (progressing) hous-
es (1, 2, 3,6,10 & 11) for predicting the success of BJP.
Similarly the Sub lords of 7, 12 & 5 cusps should be strong significators of non-improving
houses (4, 5,7,8,9 &12) to favor the victory of the opponents.
For BJP: - In this chart, 1st CSL Rahu (1) is in the star of Ketu (7). 6th CSL Mercury (5-2, 11)
is in the star of Venus (8-3, 10). 11th CSL Moon (6-12) is in the star of Moon (6-12).
For Opposition Party: - In this chart, 7th CSL Moon (6-12) is in the star of Moon (6-12).
12th CSL Mercury (5-2, 11) is in the star of Venus (8-3, 10). 5thCSL Rahu (1) is in the star of
Ketu (7).
From the above, it can be construed that the improving houses (1, 2, 3, 6, 10 &11) appeared
7 times in favor of BJP and non-improving houses (4, 5, 7, 8, 9 & 12) appeared 5 times in
favor of Opposition Party. This analysis indicates that BJP has fair chances of winning over
the Opposition Party.

sue under question.
UP Assembly Elections 2017 Dates
The present dasa lord is Moon up to 2019. Moon is a RP, and is significator of 6. This is Ok.
The bhukthi lord under Moon dasa is Kethu (up to April 2107). Ketu is in the RPs and is a

Question was asked by my friend for his mother on 15/1/2017. Horary number was re-
ceived from his mother.
Rule 1 - If Asc cusp sub lord signifies ...6,10,11

Rule 2 - If 3rd CSL signifies ....6,10,11
For Opponent favourable houses ...12,4,5
Rule 1... Asc cusp sub lord Sat+ {1}, 2 (4, 5) is in the star of Mer 2 (9, 12), and in sub of
Sat+ {1}, 2 (4, 5). Thus it signifies for the opponent i e 12, 4, and 5
Rule 2....3rd CSL Jup 12 (3, 6) is in the star of Mars 5 (2, 7) and in sub of Sat+ {1}, 2 (4, 5).
Thus it signifies only 6 and is ok. But it is favouring the opponent i.e. 12, 4, and 5.

Question 1: A planet having no planet in its stars

I request you to clarify the below for my knowledge.
1. Suppose the CSL of 6, Venus, a planet, is not having not having any planets in its all
the three stars. So venus become strong significators for 6th house, where it is a sub lord.
At the same time Venus signifies other houses also under A, B, C and D significators. Un-
der ABCD significators, 6th house is not there.
My doubt is whether Venus signification for 6th house is stronger than significators under
A categery OR where it will stand ?.
Answer 1
A planet having no planet in its stars is the strong significator of houses for which it is the
cuspal sub lord. (KP Reader III, pp 309/316)
So here Venus’ signification for 6th house is stronger than significators under A category.
Question 2. Maraka and Bhadhaka houses
For a Mesha/ aries born people, 2 and 7 are marakas and 11th is Bhadhaka . My doubt
is, is it 2 , 7 and 11 houses or Rasis?.
Due to displacement of houses, some Rasis may not have any house. For example, one
cusp is at 28 deg in Aries and the next house is at 2 deg in Gemini, leaving Taurus without
any cusp i.e. without owning any house.

The Jataka Parijata originated Badhaka and well known 2,7 Maraka concepts are originally
Rasi-sign based. But in the Placidus unequal bhava applied KP, the Badhaka and Maraka
are Placidus-Bhava- based, for instance:
