 Imposed a strong corrective measure to the subcontractors. Strictly follow timetables and schedules as per plan.

 Check the preparations of foundations works, stability and firmness of formworks as well as the concrete design
mix as per specifications prior to pouring. Check spacing sizes, bending of rebars as per specifications.

ACU and ACCU contractor, equipment shelter (collapsible cabin) installers, radio frequency equipment installers,
antenna and co-axial cable contractor, microwave antenna installers and rectifier installers.

 Act as Nextel’s representative in all testing of materials done. To be able to find whether all construction materials
used, conform to the specifications and design standards. Test includes, tension and compression test for rebars
and concrete cylinders respectively, megger and insulation test, dye penetrant test and field density test.
