Strengths observed:
Great rapport with the students. Good pacing through the review, discus main ideas, brainstorm, and multi-day formative group task. Group projects allow students to be creative and demonstrate and

Suggestions for improvement:
At the start, tells about what they are going to do today –could have had a bulleted list displayed on first slide of ppt.
Perhaps slow your speach a little so the lower English students can follow a little easier.
