1. PURPOSE OF ROLE

Manage ADOPT Control Tower team, measure standardization, automation and efficiency throughout
our Global ERP systems in a standard and uniform way, sharing best practices of standard solutions and
industry benchmark, creating value.

2. ACCOUNTABILITIES

The key accountabilities for this role include but are not restricted to:

 Guarantee Role Certification for new comers;


 Guarantee People Cycle;
 Follow up and support the team regarding management routine;
 Guarantee Targets follow up and achievement;
 Manage extra hours, vacations, and other meeting schedules;
 Development individual career;
 Develop best people and team;
 Team Trainings;
 Guarantee the IBS EP routines;
 Monthly presentation of team results (Performance Review);
 Gather client zone and business services requirements support (ADOPT KPIs)
 Support regarding new demands absorption;
 Benchmark process performance across zones process issue
 Establish consistent business, productivity and compliance KPIs & SLAs
 Drive Global solutions and process improvement initiatives
 Drive cross zones improvement and efficiencies initiatives
 Evaluate, prioritize and respond to client zones process issues
 Develop and monitor Action plan and Initiatives for zones for continuous improvement plans
 Guarantee standardization, automation and efficiency throughout our Global ERP systems in a
standard and uniform way
 Develop and document standard end-to-end process
 Guarantee best practices sharing
 Facilitate and accelerate sharing of standard solutions and industry benchmark
 Focus on cost optimization and process efficiencies, creating value

3. BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT

Adopt Control Tower will drive a higher level of standardization and efficiency across the zones and will
be closed to the operations team to make it happen.
Adopt Control Tower Lead is responsible to provide detailed analysis of the KPIs and the finance process
of the zones, identifying the best in class solution, standardizing processes and finding efficiencies and
bring OTC and Supply Chain area to the next leve

4. SCOPE OF ROLE
Responsible for standardization, automation and efficiency throughout our ERP environments (LATAM,
NAZ, MEX, APAC, Europe) in a standard and uniform way, sharing best practices of standard solutions
and industry benchmark, creating value across the zones and all business areas (ATR, OTC, Supply,
Procurement).

- Zone & Global IBS Directors for Account to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Master Data, People
Services and Logistics.

Master Data, People Services and Logistics.

External:
Main global consulting partners e.g. KPMG, Accenture

6. QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
