III- Banana Flowers (a.k.a banana blossom) are, as the name suggest, the
blossom form a banana tree. Like banana’s they are wonderfully edible. They don’t so
much taste like a banana as like something that will grow into a banana. They have a
similar aromatic profile, but its more delicate and much less banana-like when still in the
blossom form. In areas where bananas grow are sold at farmers market, road stands,
and even grocery stores. If you’re not in a tropical locale resplendent with banana trees,
you may find banana flowers at Asian Food Stores or specially markets, but usually only
in the frozen foods section. If you live where they’ll grow; planting your own banana
tree may be your best bet assuring a predictable supply of banana flowers.
IV- For many years, people have debated about banana blossom or banana
flower has been controversial because of its different kind of benefits. This research
may help that this should be conducted to prove or disprove a hypothesis or to learn
new facts about this Banana blossom. ‘’Darryl’s Musa Acuminata blossom Patty’’ is one
of the kind recipe and can be best stuffing that the main ingredient is the banana flower
is an excellent source of fiber in human diet. The benefits of having fiber in the diet are
well documented in nutritional and medical literature.
VI- Prior studies have identified many benefits of banana blossom or banana flower.
This study is intended to review the ordinary patty that we usually see stuff in our
favorite burger that uses pork, beef etc. meat which may replace it with the use of
banana flower. ‘’Darryl’s Musa Acuminata Blossom Patty’’ is the perfect recipe which
the main ingredient is the Banana flower that is commonly found/grown located within
our yards, markets, etc. Now you can try including it in your family menu. Expense less
not only delicious but also nutritious.

Ingredients:
Banana blossoms, preferably saba variety —- 1 cup
Flour —- 1/2cup
Egg —- 2pcs
Cooking oil
Blackpepper —- 1/4tsp
Salt —– 1tspsalt
Garlic —- 1pc.
Onions —- 1 medium size onion
Procedure:
1.Get your banana blossom.
2. Remove the matured bracts but save all the young banana fingers.
3. Wash thoroughly in running water and rinse well.
4. Chop thinly (young bracts and fingers) and cook with small amount of boiling water
until tender. Drain and set aside.
5. Saute onions and garlic. Mix with the cooked banana blossoms together with the rest
of ingredients.
6. Fry two spoonful of mixture until golden brown.
