Fact: The rights of Kynett, Leslie Todd do not emanate from the Court, therefore, the determination of 
Mr. Perkins cannot be recognized.

Description: Public Notice of lack of Fact: The MOTION that was issued was a professional courtesy MOTION to rid Mr. Levin of any liability
for the past torts that Mr. Levin has accumulated in the past couple of weeks, mainly writing an
subject matter jurisdiction. Affidavit/Motion/Criminal Complaint without any verified complaint which is at least a barratry charge.

View More Mr. Levin is working and operating under the Clearfield Doctrine and therefore has no immunity from
tort claims.
