IV. Waste Water Collection System

A Degreasing
Degreasing and removal of sludge shall perform as described regardless of the character
of sediments encountered, within the limits of work, to the lines and grade indicated
in the drawings & depths indicated, as specified.

C Metal Works
Contractor shall provide and submit shop drawings for the safety railings, steel grating and
manhole pit cover for approval
Supply, fabricate and installation of railings, manhole pit cover and trench grating,
tools and equipment and all necessary items to complete the work

Soil Compaction shall conform to ASTM and/or AASHTO standards.

F Rebar Works
Contractor to submit bar cutting list and bar bending schedules as basis for payments.
Supply, fabricate and fix of steel bars shall be in accordance to ASTM A 615, Grade 40

Supply, fabrication, installation, stripping and/or leaving formwork with the actual surface
in contact with the concrete, including provision of block-outs, chamfered edges,
notching and overlaps, necessary greasing or coating with form oil, all necessary hardware,
scaffolding, shoring and staging, all fixing accessories, use of plant, tools and equipment,
and all necessary items to complete the work.

Formworks to produce fair surface to :

H Concrete works
Supply and delivery and placing of concrete including necessary grouting, vibrating,
hammering, tamping, consolidating, curing, hardening, wetting, sealing, brooming
and scratching, protecting, sampling, all fixing accessories, use of plant,
tools and equipment, and all necessary items to complete the work.

1.Concrete spalling, cracks and other defects

Supply and installation of oily waste water pumps (see DWG-BDP-WWCS1-GEN-0001)
and all necessary items and accessories to complete the work

1. Oily waste water pumps – Self-priming centrifugal pumps with open impeller similar

to calpeda or approved equivalent. Note: (Varisco Model E30-160 Pump directly coupled to
TECO Electric motor 1.0 Hp, 1750 RPM, with Simplex Type motor Controller )

*Removal of existing pumping system
