The summer course is an important chance to improve your own fashion skills level.
The Institute was founded by Fernando Burgo in 1961, thanks to 50 years experience in the
fashion world, has proven to be successful and has brought real experience to the school
system.
The school offers advanced systems search and at the same time confirms every year the
introduction of graduate students to the fashion industry. Over 100.000 people in the world
use the IMB System.
Istituto di Moda Burgo is located in the centre of Milan, the most important international
fashion centre in Italy. This area is important for entertainment too (there are many theatres,
museums and fashion shows).

Lombardy Region Accreditation
Istituto di Moda Burgo with the inscription no. 811 of 12/19/2013 is entered in the register
of accredited operators for training by the Lombardy Region, according to the Decree of the
Regional Council n. 2412 of 26.10.2011 and executive decrees.
 TEACHING METHOD
Thanks to our concise and structured teaching method, we can offer a remarkable and complete experience
in a short period of time. Both students who are just beginner in the fashion field or those who have already
studied/worked in the fashion field, can benefit from this course.
Before the beginning of the lessons, each student will decide which is the program more appropriate with the
aid of their tutor.

 PROGRAM
Fashion summer course has two
kinds of attendance:
• Course of 100 hours + 4 hours seminar
• Course of 50 hours + 4 hours seminar

Each lesson has a duration of 3 hours.

Lessons are from Monday to Thursday in two different times:

• Morning from 09:00 to 12:00

• Afternoon from 13:30 to 16:30

Course of 100 hours has two lessons per day (morning and afternoon)

Course of 50 hours has one lesson per day choosing morning or afternoon or it possible arrange
the lessons in accordance with student necessity.

Prices of the courses:

• Euro 500 ­ Enrollment fee

• Euro 1700 ­ 100 hours course + 4 hours seminar

• Euro 1000 ­ 50 hours course + 4 hours seminar

The price includes Books (Italian/English), Set Squares and 4 hours Seminars.

At the end of the course every student will receive a certificate of attendance with an evaluation.

Lessons are in English and in Italian.

The best solution for 1 month stay in Milan is the Residence, after your enrollment we’ll send you a
list of Residence with special prices for our students. Total price
