Parameter Description
User Type Indicates the subscriber type that is defined on the basis of the access mode.
Subscribers are classified into four types:
RRC access
Re-establishment
S1 incoming handover
X2 incoming handover
Service Type Indicates the type of a call service. Call services are classified into two types:
GBR (QCIN): indicates the GBR service with good QoS.
N can be 1, 2, 3, or 4.
QCI: QoS Class Identifier
GBR: Guarantee Bit Rate
Non GBR (QCIN): indicates the non-GBR service with poor QoS.
N can be 5, 6, 7, 8, or 9.
Access Time Indicates the time when a UE accesses the target cell at the beginning of a call.
Access Cell ENodeB ID Indicates the ID of the eNodeB to which the target cell belongs at the beginning of a
call.
Access Cell ID Indicates the ID of the target cell a UE accesses at the beginning of a call.
Release Time Indicates the time when the link is released at the end of a call.
Release Cell ENodeB ID Indicates the ID of the eNodeB where the cell that is released at the end of a call is
located.
Release Cell ID Indicates the ID of the cell that is released at the end of a call.
