Poster
Presentation: You are welcome to display your poster in the conference area for the duration
of the event. We do, however, require you to be present at your poster in order
to answer questions during the poster sessions, which will take place at the
same time as the AC CONFERENCE Reception on Monday, April 9, 2018 from 5:30-
7:30 pm.

Full Technical
Paper: Every poster presenter is asked to prepare a full technical paper on his/her
poster. This paper will be included in the conference proceedings, which will
be distributed to every conference attendee. Please review the guidelines
carefully before preparing your work and send in your paper by January 26,
2018 at the very latest to: bettina.hoffmann@vincentz.net

Poster Format: The size of the display board where you will hang your poster is:
44 Inches wide (111.760 cm) and 88 Inches high (232.520 cm). Please do not
prepare posters that are any bigger. Pins and/or double-faced adhesive tape or
Velcro will be provided on-site.

Poster Handling: If you plan to attend the conference, please bring your poster with you and
report to Vincentz staff at the conference registration desk located near the
entrance of the Indiana Convention Center. We will then show you where to
hang your poster.
