STEPS FOR: Australia Student Visa
 STEP 1: ATTEND A COUNSELING SESSION

choose a right college/university and industry-oriented course
in Australia.

 STEP 3:APPLY FOR ADMISSION
• Identify your academic needs and career goals. Accordingly,
start researching on web about the best colleges/universities
offering the best courses of your interest.
• Getting best college/universities can reach your goals and
aims.
• Some courses will ask you to appear for interviews with
college persons. Offer letter will take a few working days for
processing.
 STEP 4: EVIDENCE OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT

 Once you receive a offer letter you need to show your

financial documents and evidence of sufficent funds to cover
the tuition, travel and living costs.
• Sometime you need to submit evidence of financial support at
the time of applying for offer letter. Requirements vary from
college to college.
• Showing funds must cover your cost of living and other
requirements in that country.
 STEP:5 PAY TUITION FEES

• Once college approves your funds, you need to pay your 6

months tuition fees.

• It confirms that an international student is eligible to enroll on

a course and start with process of Australia student visa.

• This will outline your course start date, total course fees and
total duration of course.
 STEP 6: UNDERTAKE MEDICAL EXAMINATION

• In some circumstances, the department allows visa applicants

to complete health examinations before they lodge their visa
application.

• Please be aware that if you do complete your health

examinations before lodging your visa application you may
need to undertake additional health examinations.
 STEP 7: VISA LODGMENT

• Firstly, you must complete a visa application form online. The

documents required to upload as per the document tool
checklist according to the Education provider include.

• Statement of Purpose (SOP), Copy of passport, IELTS score

card, COE(s), all academic documents, work experience (If
any), photograph, Sponsors Id proofs, their occupation proofs
and financial documents.
