Terms and Conditions:

1. 50% advance payment at the time of booking,
2. 25% advance payment 15 days before the function day and balance 25% before the
commencement of the function. Any extra payment over and above the guaranteed package
will be settled by the host before leaving the hotel premises after the function.

2. Food will be served up to 3:30 pm for Lunch & 11:30 pm for Dinner functions.
3. All govt. levies and taxes will be charged extra as applicable.
4. One plate for one person only.
5. In case of any cancellation the advance amount will not be refunded. Change of date shall be
entertained at least 15 days prior to the function date depending upon the availability.
6. Outside eatables are strictly not allowed.
7. Any loss, broken, spoilage or damage to the hotel property by any member of the function will be
billed to the host along with the function bill.
8. In case of bad weather conditions, the alternate arrangement given by the hotel will be acceptable
to the host.
9. DJ will be allowed only till 3:30 PM for Lunch and 10:30 PM for Dinner functions.
10. All disputes subject to Faridabad jurisdiction.
