CONTRACT OF LOAN
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed is made and executed by and between:

MONIQUE DAWN S. TILLES, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of BRGY. 9 (BOAO),
CATBALOGAN CITY, hereinafter referred to as CREDITOR, and;

DULCE MAY LAGO and ERIC JAPZON, Filipino, of legal age and are residents of BRGY. 12
(FABRIGARAS), CATBALOGAN CITY hereinafter referred to as DEBTORS;

WITNESSETH

That the DEBTORS have borrowed the amount of EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS last MAY 09, 2017.
The DEBTORS have a balance of FIVE THOUSAND (P5, 000.00) PESOS from the PRINCIPAL AMOUNT
LOANED and ONE THOUSAND (P1, 500.00) PESOS balance in INTEREST totaling up to SIX THOUSAND
FIVE HUNDRED (P6, 500.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency while the CREDITOR was able to lend the said
amount and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. That the DEBTOR shall pay the CREDITOR the aforementioned amount loaned on or
before MAY 02, 2018 with 5% interest every fifteen days until full payment thereof;

2. That the DEBTOR shall pay not less than ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (P1, 500.00) PESOS
to the CREDITOR every month starting FEBRUARY 2018 until the loan is fully paid.

3. That in case the court intervention should become necessary and inevitable, the DEBTOR
shall be liable for the court and litigation expenses and attorney's fee amounting to
twenty five (25) percent of the total amount due and demandable;

4. That the parties herein hereby commit to fully observe the terms and conditions as
embodied in this contract and are fully aware that any violation of the same shall expose
such erring party to the corresponding, criminal, civil and/or administrative liabilities.
