We, the third year Bachelor of Science major in Marketing Management students from
Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina, are currently undertaking a study entitled “The Quality
Service of Shizen Ramen Concepcion Uno Marikina City, Pertaining to the Customer Perception
and Satisfaction” in partial fulfillment of the course requirements for the degree of Bachelor of
Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management. This study will target the
customers of The Shizen Ramen, research participants.
The researchers are requesting for your approval to conduct our research in the Shizen
Ramen. In this regard, kindly allow us to conduct a survey on your customers. Rest assured that
