2. Where did you access the disaster plan (electronic/posted) and was it easy to locate?
The nurses station, it was semi easy to find. The nurses wasn’t sure where to locate it first but
ended looking around for a while.
3. When was the disaster plan last updated?
The disaster plan paper format was last updated in 2013
4. What is one advantage and one disadvantage of how the plan is available?
Advantage of having both online and paper format is that you have a better accesses. One
disadvantage to the paper format is that I was not up to date information and was not readily
available.
5. In your own opinion, is the staffing able to implement the disaster plan?
In my opinion the staffing at the clinical site are able to implement the disaster plan
because there is about 4-5 nurses and about 4 patients to 1 nurse.
