I. Introduction
A. The Business Concept and the Business Model
As a requirement for the Entrepreneurship subject for the second
semester of the school year 2017-2018, we think of a product which
we can use to be our business and that is what we call “colorful kwek
kwek”.
It is an innovation on the usual quail eggs which we see and avail on
the streets. Only that, we differ from those because we will present it
in the market with a mix. Our customers can choose among the red,
orange, yellow, green, blue and violet colors. Also, they can buy it in
affordable promos and combos which we made for our prospect
customer which are students, most especially the grade schoolers,
because we believe that it is attractive for their eyes and of course on
their stomach especially that this product is new in the market.

I. Executive Summary
In starting a business, we considered many factors that will help to
enhance our chosen product. Some of the factors in rising a small business is
thinking what specific product will you sell in the market. At first, we had a
hard decision to make on what product to use because we considered
problems which we might encounter upon selling them. But at the end, we
come up with something that is new and we named it as “colorful kwek-
kwek”.
As our planning goes by, we made a business plan to help our
business and to specify the process to be done for it to succeed and we also
did it for the purpose that it may help our business to be organized.
However, a business must have its capital and resources for it to start
up and run properly. That’s why we decided that our capital would be a total
of Php 1,800. Lastly, we will also consider the location or the place where we
will up our business which we think is accessible and reachable to our
customers.
Our group also come up with a tagline that will represent our product
where in the moment they hear it they will automatically remember our
business, and that is “color your meal with a great deal”. It is a type of
marketing strategy to capture the attention of the consumers plus our
combos and promos which are affordable.

Table 1 shows the distribution of each members which is Php 200 per head, and also
their capabilities where in Jelly Soriano and Erica Carino are assigned to be the one to cook.
While Romalyn Buenaventura and Kimberlyn Gulinao will be the one to buy the ingredients
that we will use. Lastly, all of us are assigned in selling our product, and for that we will do
shifting of sellers every day in other words, schedule.

III. The target customers and the Main Value Proposition to the Customer.
Our main target customers are the Catmon National High School
Junior and Senior High School students together with the faculty staffs and
utility workers. Then after class we will offer our product in other
Elementary schools and other crowded places. Also, we will offer it in our
own village to bring our capital back and to earn more. We must maintain the
cleanliness and show politeness towards our customers.
In addition to our prospect customers, we are hoping and thinking
that we can catch the grade schoolers for they will be curious on what we will
offer which is choose your own color.

IV. The Market Justification


Our stall will be in crowded places, to assure that we will get customers and
to promote it in the market especially that it is new to the consumers.

V. The Product and Service Offering


Our product “Colorful Kwek-Kwek” are composed of flour, different food
colors, and egg. As for the source we will use vinegar, garlic, chili, calamansi and
onions, for one factor why consumer buy street foods regularly is because of the
sauce. We can assure them that each product is clean starting from the
preparation up to the cooking and presenting it in the stall. It is affordable
because for a price of Php 10 you can avail 4 pieces of Kwek-Kwek depends on
what color you want. Plus, our formulated combos and promos that can surely
help us sold our product.

VI. The Enterprise Strategy and Enterprise Delivery Systems, Business


Competitiveness
We come up with salesmanship, offering promos, making a theme in our
stall as our strategy and techniques. In that way, customers will patronize our
products.
