4.1 Introduction
This course unit is intended to equip the trainee with knowledge, skills and attitudes
that will enable him/her to sell general insurance products.

4.2 General Objectives


At the end of the course unit, the trainee should be able to:
a) identify the insurance needs of customers

c) process client related information for underwriting purposes
