Environmental Engineer

Environmental engineers use the principles of engineering, soil science, biology, and
chemistry to develop solutions to environmental problems. They are involved in efforts to
improve recycling, waste disposal, public health, and water and air pollution control.
Furthermore, since the environmental engineers’ job is to develop solutions to environmental
problems, they are excellent choice for the team. However, in this situation they going come
up with a solution and a design for the Kiribati’s problem with assistances and advices of
other team members (Environmental Engineers, 2014).

Environmental Scientist

Environmental scientists and specialists use their knowledge of the natural sciences to protect
the environment and human health. They may clean up polluted areas, advise policy makers,
or work with industry to reduce waste. Environmental scientists and specialists work in
offices and laboratories. Some may spend time in the field gathering data and monitoring
environmental conditions firsthand. Most environmental scientists and specialists work full
time. However, the environmental scientists by studying the people’s observation and
policies towards about the environment going to assist the the environmental engineers to

Geoscientist

Geoscientists study the physical aspects of the Earth, such as its composition, structure, and
processes, to learn about its past, present, and future. Most geoscientists split their time
between working in offices and laboratories, and working outdoors. Doing research and
investigations outdoors is commonly called fieldwork and can require extensive travel to
remote locations and irregular working hours. Although, geoscientists going to help the team
to come up with answer for the Kiribati by sharing their knowledge and detailed study about
the mountains, rocks, planets, crust, etc (AGCAS, 2015). Commented [SMG2]: Rephrase, this sentence is

Project Manager

A project manager is a professional in the field of project management. Project managers can
have the responsibility of the planning, execution and closing of any project, typically
relating to construction industry, architecture, aerospace and defense, computer networking,
telecommunications or software development. Meanwhile, every group or team need a leader
to reach their aim or goal, a project manager is required for the team. However, Project
management provides a framework to help team to accomplish solution for Kiribati problem
(Haughey).
