BAIL OF THE APPLICANT/ ACCUSED NAMELY A.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That the Applicant/Accused is a peace loving and law abiding

Citizen.

2. That the Applicant has been falsely implicated in the above

mentioned case, which is pending adjudication before this Ld. Court.

3. That the applicant is neither named in the FIR nor does he be

involved in the offence in any manner what so ever.

4. That accused/ applicant is running a grocery shop in the locality.

5. That after death of the father of the accused his mother is

emotionally shattered and it is the applicant/accused only who is

looking after her and providing her all support.

 6. That the Applicant/Accused is the only earning member in the

family and is the person looking after his mother.

7. That the applicant/accused has never been involved in any case

earlier.

8. That the applicant/accused undertakes to join the investigation as

and when directed by this Hon'ble court or the IO.

9. That the applicant/ accused is ready to furnish the sound surety to

the satisfaction of this Hon’ble court.

10. That the applicant/ accused undertakes to abide by all the terms and

conditions, which may be imposed by this Hon’ble court.

11. That the applicant has roots in the society and is not likely to evade

the process of Justice if released on bail.
