THE EFFECTS OF ROTAVIRUS VACCINE TO HISTOPATHOLOGICAL
OVERVIEW OF FEMALE RATS (Rattus norvegicus) REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of giving rotavirus
vaccine against the overview of histopathological ovaries and uterus of female rats. This study used 20 female rats as laboratory animals were divided into two treatment groups, control group namely P0 that was given 1 ml solution of sucrose and the treatment group namely P1 which was given 1 ml rotavirus vaccine. Observation of histopathological description using scoring method according to the Reproductive Toxicology journals with a few modifications. Analysis of the data used non parametric statistics Mann-Whitney U test. The result showed that giving of rotavirus vaccines there was histopathological changes in the endometrial of uterus but not significant. In conclusion, that giving of rotavirus vaccines there was not histopathological changes in the ovaries and uterus rats (Rattus norvegicus).
