Client : Bechtel
Company : Petrojet (The petroleum projects and technical consultations co.)
Project : West nile delta onshore gas project (value 1.6bn USD)
Giza-Fayoum brown field reception and processing facility for gas treatment
~400 MMscfd capacity.
Scope of work : The main scope was to refurbish the existing facility through repair &
replacement works and to add new process units & buildings.
Responsibilities • Schedules, plans and oversees the entire program of work through the
application of the Primavera P6.
• Inputs the work breakdown structure information in means to assess an
accurate forecast on time and resources.
• Identify the project deliverables, milestones and required tasks and
targets to determine the staffing requirements and allotment of available

resources to various phases of the project through the project

measurement system.
• Monitors progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning
• Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advice
project management
• Updates the schedule based on inputs received from project team
• Prepares the daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as
required.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by the
supervisor.

resources to various phases of the project through the project
measurement system.
• Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advice
project management.
• Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely
execution of the project through Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports with
respect to review of the overall project.
