This lesson is adapted for auditory impairment. Please keep in mind that some of these adaptions
will already be in place prior to this lesson. Adapting lessons for auditory impairment means
focusing on visual cues instead of verbal cues.
For example: specific hand motions to have students; ‘sit’ ‘stand’ ‘go’ ‘stop’, etc.

1. Army crawl to the gym doors
If back early:
1. 10 “explosions”
- with your feet planted on the ground, tuck yourself
into a ball. The exploding motion is jumping and
extending/stretching your body as big and high as you can.
