Ans.1:-

According to Karl Vesper's typology, I would scale myself as Solo or self

employed. I gained a lot by staying with Individuals who were engaged in their own
businesses, Assisting them in crucial matters, How to take decisions in unfavourable
conditions, Which step must have been taken and which not, all these Experiences
in my early stage of life.

Learning’s in past, Rejections for my suggestions on some essential matters makes

me to realize the spark in me to become an Owner for my business plan. I had that
Potential which matches the Criteria as Suggested by Karl Vesper to be a Self
Employed.

Ans. 2:-

According to Karl Vesper's typology, I would scale myself as

Independent Innovator: If I am supposed to accept a proposal I will analyze

through capital budgeting its Discounted Payback period, IRR (Internal rate of return)
& NPV (Net Present Value).

Doing research on my proposal through proper Budgeting, Innovating new Ideas to

deal in with customers by providing latest products & efficient Services, Strategies to
overcome competitors Influence, Government regulations etc .Decisions to tackle the
situations and environment with a different & unique way makes me put myself as an
Independent Innovator.
