Useful OnTrack Reports

OVERVIEW: This gives you a dashboard view of your data.

 You can use this for all classes or by period.

 For any given assessment, you can see:
o Test Results
 Raw score vs. Average % correct
 Performance Levels breakdown
o Standard Analysis Chart
 You can see:
 Your average
 Campus average (if applicable)
 District average (if applicable)
o Demographics Profile
 Breakdown of performance by demographic characteristics
o Summary Report
 Shows not proficient vs. proficient
 You can see:
 District (if applicable)
 Campus (if applicable)
 Teacher overall
 Teacher by class period
UNDER REPORTS: DATA DRIVEN INSTRUCTION
The following reports can be easily accessed for one assessment by clicking on the different tabs to toggle
between the common DDI reports.
ITEM ANALYSIS: See how students performed per question as well as the commonly chosen incorrect answer.

 Can see overall data or by class period

 Shows chart of incorrect/correct question %
 Shows district/campus/teacher overall % correct
 Shows % correct by question
 You can hover over the standard number to see the text
 Shows commonly incorrect answer choices with their percentages
 STOP questions: Scrutinize These On Performance
o These are questions that did not meet the performance threshold
STUDENT RESPONSE

 Can see results overall or by class period

 Shows district/campus/teacher % correct
 Shows % correct score by student
 Shows each student’s answers
o Green is correct
o Red is incorrect
STANDARD ANALYSIS

 Can see results overall or by class period

 Shows % correct by standard chart
 Hover over SE number for standard text
 Shows % for each standard or reporting category
 Shows # of items per SE
 You can see either mastery or performance levels
 STOP standards – Scrutinize These On Performance
o Lowest standards that did not meet mastery or meet expectations threshold
STUDENT GROUPING BY STANDARD

 Best to use when looking at individual class periods

 Grouped based on % of questions correct for each standard
 Excellent for small group instruction

 Can look up student history report on past assessment

 Curriculum Heatmaps can be generated to look at comparison between STAAR and common assessment
results
