I hope this email finds you well
Thank you for all your efforts and your commitment during the Fall semester.

You are kindly requested to prepare the outlines of the Spring courses and send them by February 4th the
latest.
You can find attached a syllabus template; you are kindly requested to abide to this template. However, please
take into consideration the following remarks:

- The learning outcomes of a course vary from 5 to 10 statements, however, it is highly recommended to
include a maximum of 5 to 6 general learning outcomes.

- The course plan details and the grading policy.

- Be specific and realistic in dividing the course content on the proper number of sessions by taking into
consideration theses actual numbers after eliminating the holidays and the midterm exam days:

* M-W classes=24 sessions (26 sessions including midterm sessions)

* T-Th classes= 25 sessions (27 sessions including midterm sessions)
* M-W-F classes= 34 sessions (36 sessions including midterm sessions)
* T-TH-F classes= 35 sessions (37 sessions including midterm sessions)

The tentative midterm date will be on sessions 15 and 16 for the M-W classes and on sessions 16 and 17 for T-
TH classes.
