Good day!

We want to ask your approval for our upcoming event. It is a “WELCOME PARTY” for
all second year Filipino majors. The above-mentioned party is intended for each students to be
formally welcomed as part of the organization. It will be held at Lipa City Youth and Cultural
Center on December 12, 2016.

We planned this event to develop unity among different year levels and for them to meet
their co-members. Also part of this event are the professors and instructors handling our major
subjects.

Regarding with the program proper, it will start at 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. The different
activities and games are already prepared. About the contributions, each participant will give
Php 75.00 to be collected by the chairman of every section. For the students to enjoy the party,
we get Catering services.

The calculated expenses are:

With the total number of 200 students including the teachers, an equivalent of Php
15,000 will be gained where the total payments for catering services such as foods and drinks
will also be deducted.
