Bernard P Peñamante, PCR PNCO, together with PO2 Kimberly Agpalasin proceeded at Barangay Hall of Ninoy
Aquino and met Hon. Eduardo Badong, Brgy. Captain, and tackled the above cited subject. Accordingly, the
Barangay Captain consulted his constituents residing near Abacan River early morning of this date but denied
the said allegations. Likewise, the Two PNCO’s ensued to Abacan River and had a dialogue with Mr. Apolonio,
Purok Leader, and the same strongly denied the said IP Dispute.

Taphang with Mr. Ricardo Tan, Gen. Manager of Jumbo Jenra located along Rizal St. Brgy Agapito del
Rosario, AC and enlisted their cooperation in the efforts to combat theft and robbery incidents inside
the supermarket. Likewise, the manager told that their employees have undergone drug testing to
ensure that they were drug free Business Institution.

SUBJECT : Information Report
RE: Obstruction to Justice and Qualified Theft
DATE : August 04, 2017
1. References: Blotter Entry No. 16033 page No. 0074 dated 04
August 2017 with same subject as above.
2. That at around 1:00 PM of August 04, 2017, Our COMPAC / Satellte Office in
AUF located at Mc Arthur Hway cor Dna Aurora St Bry Lourdes Sur East, Angeles City
received a walk in complainant and requested for police assistance in the investigation
of Theft incident that transpired at Aphrodite’s Ultimate Secret located at Mc Arthur Hway
Brgy Claro M Recto, Angeles City. Immediately, elements of this office were dispatched
to verify the report and investigate the matter. Thereat met the victim owner of
Aphrodite’s Ultimate Secret identified as MARIA REGINA TANHUECO y TECSON, 25
years of age, single, nurse, resident of 1141 Rizal St., Purok 5, Sapang Bato Angeles
City and the suspect identified as Angelou Ramos y Mendoza, 21 years of age, single,
facialist / therapist and resident of 6th Sitio Abacan, Malabanias, Angeles City
3. Investigation conducted shows that on 3rd of August 2017 victim left the clinic
and entrusted the sets of keys to the suspect Likewise, her cash box containing
Php71,000.oo pesos was kept at the back of their drawer. That around 10:30 AM of
August 4, 2017 she received a call from her employee/suspect and inform her that
several items were scattered on the floor which prompted her to proceed at said place
and report the matter. Ocular inspection made at the scene and noted that there is no
sign of forcible entry on said establishment and the crime scene was already cleaned up
the suspect while the victim claimed that more or less Php45,000.oo pesos was missing
from the Php71,000.oo pesos which she kept at their drawer.
4. While undergoing investigation, relatives of the arrested suspects came in and
questioned the investigating officer and the Duty Officer of the Day and interfere on the
ongoing investigation thus stating, “Sabihin nyo kay ninong Banola nandito tayo sa
Station 6” thus referring to retired PSupt Marciano Banola and “Tatawagan ko si
Congressman, kailangan nya malaman ito” ikinukulong si Angie ng walang
kasalanan” thus referring to Congressman Lazatin of 1st District of Pampanga.
5. That the relatives of arrested suspect were pacified and was informed on the
violation committed by suspect but only to answer back “kapag may nagyari sa bayaw
ko sisingilin naming kayong lahat” which was stated in a aggressive voice and pointing
their finger to SPO4 Juanito S Villamil, SESPO and the investigating officer.
6. Then on suspects relative were also arrested for initial violation of Simple
Disobedience but resisted resulting to the damage of SPO4 Villamil’s eye glasses and
the uniform of investigating officer. Arrested suspects were later identified as MARLON
TUAZON y DANTE, MARCELINO TUAZON y DANTE and SHEENA BALINGIT y CAPIO
resident of 6th Sitio Abacan, Malabanias, Angeles City.
7. This office is nowpreparing separate complaint against Angelou Ramos y
Mendoza for Obstruction to Justice and Qualified Theft while another case is being
prepared against MARLON TUAZON y DANTE, MARCELINO TUAZON y DANTE and
SHEENA BALINGIT y CAPIO for Disobedience, Obstruction to Justice and Resisting Arrest.
