    Special Notes for Rebar Fixing-

    1) For better & efficient installation; use Hilti Piston Plug during chemical filling and Hollow
    Drill Bit/SAFESET Technology for drilling. For Diamond Core hole if any; use of
    Roughing tool is must.

    2) Scan the existing structure with Rebar Locator to locate existing R/f so as to avoid
    conflict with existing R/f while drilling Holes during post installed /Rebar.

    Special Notes for Anchor Fixing-

    1) Kindly take a note that there should be no clearance between Anchor and Base Plate
    hole diameter. This to be filled with material of sufficient Compressive strength or use
    Hilti Seismic Set. Also there should be no clearance between Existing Concrete Surface
    and Base Plate. This to be filled with material of sufficient Compressive strength

    2) Scan the existing structure with Rebar Locator to locate existing R/f so as to avoid
    conflict with existing R/f while drilling Holes during post installed anchor..

    Disclaimer: Hilti has taken utmost care in designing the embedment depth based on the given data,
    however, the Consultant or Architect or Project Manager should verify the design at their end to avoid any
    failure in future. Hilti grouting chemical, when used in strict adherence to guidelines ensure safe, secure
    and reliable fastening.
