TITLE: Transformer load sharing

Introduction: The aim of this project is to develop an automatic transformer distribution and load
sharing system.

The project is all about the protecting transformer under overload condition.

Drop in efficiency and overheating in secondary winding can be prevented with the help of this project.

Load sharing of the transformer is possible with the help of this project theme and life of the
transformer is increased.

The project is also used as a Un-interrupted power supply (ups)

If short circuit fault is occurs the transformer will get protected.

OBJECTIVES:

>the main aim of the project is transformer sharing whenever load is increased for certain value and also
sending this change in information to the respective authority via SMS by using GSM modem

>The objective of this project is to protect the domestic supply and power transformers from over load
power.

THEDOLOGY Our project is a Hardware based project. Before proceeding into hardware we had tested the proposed
overall circuit diagram of our project to find feasible in software like PROTEUS. Following method are followed for
completion of our project Step

Step 1: Study of related theory about our system. First of all we study about all the related theory about our solar system and grid
system. We uses different books and magazine related our project. Step 2: Simulation on proteus for proposed system
outcomes

First of all the component are fetches in proteus board. Then connect the entire component as our desire. Set the
value of component as our requirement, check for the output in the proteus .varying the value of component we can
vary the output of the proteus. We have compared the expected response with simulation output. Then, we finalized

the simulation and we proceed to hardware. Step 3: After completion of simulation we implement into hardware After
the completion of simulation in proteus, we implement this into hardware .At first; we arranged all the necessary
Hardware equipment, components, devices and tools. Connect all the components as our desire in a matrix board.
Step 4: Checking output of hardware

After the completion of the hardware we checked for the output response and check with expected outcomes.
