Task description:
It is a game between two teams whose objective is to score more runs than the opposing
team. The winner will be the team that has gotten more racing, provided complied with
the rules and the referee agrees.

Rules:
1.- Each team must be between 10 and 15 players.
2.- You can only kick the ball with your foot.
3.- There can be no more than one player on the same base.
4.- The player must arrive to the base until they pick up the ball.

Task description:
There are two teams one of the other team has to pass the ball to the shooter and has to
run to the other side of the field unless they give you the ball

Rules:
When the last kicker goes up to kick , the runners are no longer safe on the mats. The
“inning” ends when all the runners have been hit by the dodgeball. If a runner over-runs
one of the mats or if their foot comes off the mat al all , they commit themselves to
running back to the other end. Walls and ceiling are alive-meaning if the ball hits the
ceiling and a fielder catches it, the kicker is out. If the runners leave the mat before they
realize it was a pop fly ball that was caught , they must attempt the run to the mat at the
other side of the gym.

Task description:
First: We make the groups with the classmates, then we decide who will be
attacants and who will be defenders.Then one person of defenders’ team throw
the ball and one of the attacants’ team have to punch the ball if it’s a volleyball
reception.If they catch it the person who punched the ball will be
eliminated.When the defenders eliminate three people they have to shout:
QUEMADOS! and they change the papers.

Rules:
-The attacants have to organizate by this way: women-men-women-men…..
-If they don’t say: QUEMADOS! The attacants will recibe a point.
-They can’t catch the ball in the air they have to wait until the ball touchs the
floor.

Task description:
You need to throw a frisbee aiming to land it into a can. The suggested throw
for this task is a hammer throw that will be taught to the students before the
activity along with proper finger positioning. This game is more of a challenge
so there isn´t really a winner. However, the first one that manages to do it can
consider himself the winner if he wants to. Players will throw two frisbees
and then rotate.

Rules:
Any player that starts messing around with the frisbee will be punished and
banned.

Alternatives:
If you aren´t able to throw a hammer style throw you can go for the regular
method.
If the instructor thinks the task is too difficult for the students capacity the
distant might be reduced.

Task description:
Two opponents face each other in an accuracy duel. Each player stands in one
side of the table and throws a ping pong ball to their opponents cups that are
placed in a pyramidal order and filled with water on the other side of the
table. When you manage to get a ping pong ball into a cup it is eliminated.
The winner is the person that eliminates all his/her opponents cups.

Rules:
The tosses must be alternate.
Don´t fill the cups with actual alcohol.
You musn´t invade your opponents side of the table.
Any player that doesn´t follow the rules or behaves badly will be instantly
banned.

Task description: In this play you use a rugby ball and you play in a
basketball field. There are two groups and in each group there are 6 people

-If the ball falls to the ground after touched someone, it passes to the other
team

-You can only pass the ball to people that are behind you and not in front of
you

Task description: We divide the class into three teams of
8 people each, and we divide again each team, resulting
in two groups represented by the color yellow, two
groups represented by the color green and two teams
represented by the color blue. Both teams of each color
play together and must collaborate in order to catch the
ball. It’s played like normal kin-ball, but with two teams
of each color.
Rules: The objective of the game is for any team when
their colour is called to catch the ball before the ball
touches the ground and then hit it back to another team.
When playing the ball, a team has three players holding
the ball, while the fourth player strikes the ball after
shouting “Omnikin” and the color of a team.

Task description:
It is played in pairs. A pair gets the ball, and tries to “kill” another pair throwing
it. If they get the ball, the ones who have just throw it die instead.
If you are dead, you have to sit where they´ve killed you, until you get the ball if
it gets near you in the floor so you can revive.
The winners will be the pair who lives till the end.

Rules:
If your pair dies, you´ll have about 15 seconds to find somebody to be your new
pair. If you don´t, you die with your mate.
Your partner and you have to go holding hands all the time, If not, you´ll die.

It can also be played with different types and sizes of balls.

Pickleball catching on

Number of participants: 4, 2 per Duration: Wins the first to get 11

Task description:

1. The ball is server underhanded, diagonally to the oppising side. Points are
scored by the serving side only.

2. Players must follow the double bounce rule-after the ball is served, the
receiving team must let it bounce before returning, and then the serving team
must let it bounce before returning.

3. The first side scoring 11 points and leading by at least two points wins.

Rules:

1.- Zone of no volley. Space of game where you are not able to do the volley
ball.
2.- Rule of the double bounce. After a kick-off, the receptor must let it bounce
before he returns the ball and when the server recives the ball for the first
time he also have to let it bounce. From that, the rest of the rules are like in
tennis.

Historical/Cultural context: wood engravings dated in the middle ages show as played
with oversized ruffle which is beat with shovels. This game is called "battledore", and
was the immediate predecessor of the evolved Badminton. Is an original game of
England and is designed to be played outdoors, even with moderate wind and it is not
known who invented it by what we say it is anonymous.

Game description:
You can play in a recreational way, hitting the steering wheel trying to drop to the
ground, without rules, delimitation of field, nor so many. If you prefer to play more
competitively, they will accord or establish rules of play, as well as a limited land with
central net , and may well apply the rules of Badminton.

Rules:
1.No se puede golpear el volante más de dos veces consecutivas o arrastrar el volante
con la raqueta.
2.No se puede golpear la red o más allá del plano vertical del área. Pero no es falta
cuando se traspasa la red o se golpea como consecuencia de la ejecución de un golpeo.
3.No se permite golpes descendentes.
4.El saque se efectúa detrás de la línea de fondo, golpeando el volante por debajo de la
cintura.
5.Se gana un juego cuando un jugador gana 8 puntos y deja un margen de 2.
6. Si los dos alcanzan 7 puntos, el juego debe continuar hasta que un jugador consiga dos
puntos de ventaja.
7. Un partido se compone al mejor de 3 ó 5 juegos.
8.Se puntúa cuando después de haber realizado el saque conseguimos que el volante
caiga dentro de la zona de juego contraria o el/la oponente envía el volante fuera de la
zona de juego.

The serve is carried out behind the baseline of the team that takes out. The first to draw will be the captain

If the ring touches the net and falls in the opposite field, the serve must be repeated. If you go to touch the net
again, you lose the point
The point is obtained when the hoop falls within the limits of the opposite field.

The hoop must fly parallel to the ground, never vertically, in which case the team that takes out loses the point.

Task description: The "infiltrado" is a game in which the group is divided into 2
teams and the pitch is divided into 2. The teams are located, one on each side of
the pitch. From each team there will be a player (infiltrator) located in the
opposite pitch. With one ball in the game, the players of both teams try to
eliminate the opponents, throwing the ball. When the player infiltrates in the
opposite pitch catch the ball, all players in that pitch have to stay still and the
infiltrator has to take one steps to kill someone. On the other hand when a
player is eliminated automatically he must leave the pitch until the following
game.
Rules:
1-To kill someone the ball can´t bounce previously.
2-You can´t invade the opposite pitch.
3-The infiltrated player can only take one step.
4-If a player takes the ball until a bounce, the player who has thrown that ball is
eliminated.

Alternatives: You can play with two or more balls and with two or more
infiltrators in the other pitch. The players who have been eliminated can be saved
if a player of his team takes the ball until a bounce.

Task description: The game consists in two groups, with 6 participants in each
group, they are separated. All players are sitting on the floor unless one of
them, who is on the opposite pitch. This player has to throw the ball to one of
their team partner in order to catch it. If that player catches the ball, he/she has
to go to the opposite pitch with the player who threw the ball. If a person of the
rival team catches the ball, he/she has to go with his/her partner in the other
side of the pitch.
Rules:
1. Players can´t stand up.
2. Players who are at the end of the opposite pitch cannot invade the part of
the pitch delimitated for the rival team.
3. The ball must be big enough to can be catch without many effort.

1. If passing 2 minutes of game and none of players are able to catch the ball
without bounce, they can catch it after bouncing.

Game description:
Is a game formed by futbol and volleyball that consists of forming teams and passing the ball from one

Task description:
In this game, you have to put 10 clothespins of different colors on your T-shirt,
and try to seize the ones of your opponent. Each color has a specific score,
which are the following ones:

- Blue --> 3 points (1/10).
The player who gets more points in 1 minute wins the game.

Two pupil with chest guard have to catch up other pupil but they can save
them saying a sport and stopped but they can´t repeat it, if they repeat they
have to do 10 flexing exercise.

Rules:
If you are stop you must wait to became save by other pupil cross under your

If you don´t want to do flexing exercise you can do 10 crunchs

Task description: First of all, we will show students different flags, and they
have to memorize where they from are. Then, we will divide the class in two
teams; each person of each team is going to have a couple and a breastplate.
We will put 6 different flags, 3 flags for each team. We are going to say to each
team which flag they have to catch. The first team who catch the flag wins. If
one person of the other team still you the breastplate, you and your couple
have to sit down.

Rules:
It’s forbidden to assault a student in any way.
If you and your couple separate, you die.
Alternatives:
Each time has a special couple; they have the power to revive.
Couples have to be mixed.

Equipment: A yellow breastplate and cones. Space: A big space, for example a half football

Task description: It is like pacman, one of the players (the pacman, who has a yellow breastplate) has to
eat the other players that are trying to escape.
It is a labyrinth and there will be 4 random cones called “coins” that the five players have to get and
then, go to the middle (where the pacman can´t eat them). If the pacman traps you, you are eliminated,
so now there will be only 4 players, and it will be more difficult to get the 4 coins if you are now 4, or 3,
or 2, it depends on the remaining players. If you get the 4 coins and go to the middle, you win the round
1. There are 10 rounds, if a player is alive and he or she wins the round 10, all the other players win the
game

Rules: DO NOT go through the wall.

Alternatives: Now try it but this time if the players get all the coins the pacman has to run because he
can be trapped. If he get trapped and he can´t walk, the players win automatically.

Task description: You need two teams with the same number of members in
each group, and each groups is divided in mixed couples. Each group is stay
away from each other a few meters. There is one person in the middle who
takes the handkerchief pending from his hand. Each couple of each group
have an number assigned. The person in the middle have to say an operation
,and the result must be one of the numbers of one couple of each group.
When the number is said, one couple from each team run to the
handkerchief,once they took it,run back to their initial position while the
other team couple run back to catch them before they arrive to the group.

In this game, two students are in the middle of the field. The rest of the
students are at the end of the same field. When the referee says, the people
at the end have to run trying to reach the other side of the field without being
catch by the participants in the middle. If they catch you, you must sit down
where you have been caught and stay there until the round finish. When the
second round start, you can save the people that are sit down touching their
hands.

Rules:
If the two participants in the center are inside of the circle that divides the
field, you CAN´T cross between them because they are connected by an
imaginary thread. When those who keep it are outside the center, you have
the opportunity to cross between them.

you go the enemy jail and if you stay here without being saved in 1 min you turn into a
police and the police can catch members of the other team and kill them. Wins the team
that gets the flag or kills the whole team.

Rules:
-You have to try that the bottle falls as near as possible to the centre of the bullseye
-Do not throw the bottle so far or high, because it`ll probably break up.
