Greetings of Peace !
May I request permission to conduct an Overnight Camp for Girl Scout, Star Scouts , Twinklers, Boy
Scout, KAB Scouts and KID Scouts on September 2-3, 2016 to be held in Pakyas Elementary School. The
participants of the said camp are bonafide scouters of Pakyas Elementary School.
The objectives of the camping are:
1. Improve participation of the pupils in scouting program and activities and support scouting
program and events
2. Provide opportunity for the scouters to spend time away from home.
3. Learn to be more self-reliant by doing things for himself
4. Be aware of his national identity and be proud to be a Filipino through games and other activities
5. Promote peace and camaraderie among scouts, leaders and parents
Attached are the Matrix of Camp activities. Also we would like to request permission to collect
registration fee for each participant for incidental expenses.
