add chilli powder over meat and beans slowly fold in
add diced tomatoes and cook for another minute
add tomato sauce and stirr cook for 8 minutes

3. SALMON SIDE

Ingredients:

1oz. (28g) Reduced Fat or Fat Free Crumbled Feta Cheese
Fresh Garlic To Taste
8-10 Cherry / Grape Tomatoes
2 Servings (170g) Baby Spinach Leaves

SEASON SALMON WIIH BLACK PEPPER AND GARLIC SALT AND GRILL
SAUTE GARLIC WITH OLIVE OIL, ADD TOMATOES AND SPINIACH LEAVES
TOP IT OFF WITH THE CRUMBLED CHEESE

4. Protein shake
protein powder, pure almond milk, egg whites

5. PREWORKOUT SHAKE
coffe, frozen banna, honey water, protein powder

6. SNACK
greek yogurt, protein powder
