Payment term: 25% amount by TT advance payment, must be paid by 22th Sept 17:00 China time. If have delay then 22th, the new price would be Revised
again.
35% by TT upon approving the TPI inspection report (within 5 working days after receiving the scan copy from TPI, China).
If delay for this date, seller will charge 0.5% of 35% amount per day as demurrage.35% by TT against original B/L in Sellers Branch in Iran, after seller
receive the 35% by TT, their Branch in Iran will hand over the original B/L.
Last 5% would be detained until 6months BL date as arrival to B/A port.
Detaining : Totally 10% as : 5% detaining of total amount + 5% Branch company check would be issued by the seller

Detaining and quality concern inspection procedure: Seller must make clear quality inspection condition in the contract that :Except HIC/SSC retesting
in Iran no other retesting would be accepted by the seller as all the testing have been checked by the TPI before shipping. If there is any discrepancy were
found out in Iran for the HIC/SSC result, then same TPI must be appointed by the Seller to witness the resampling and send the sample to Lab in China for
retesting, until getting the testing result to confirm it.
Retesting must be done in 2 month after arrival cargo to B/A port and within max 3 Month inform Seller on result of testing
SSC Guarantee: Manufacture as Dalipal Pipe Co. will issue a guarantee letter for the SSC testing result been qualified.
Delivery time: MAX 60days after receiving the down payment.

Price is based on Theoretical weight, in EURO, CFR B.A Port. Qty: -0/+3% tolerance is allowed
TPI: Refer to our final ITP, confirmed by both party. The cost is born by the buyer.

The Euro rate to RMB is calculated at 1euro to 7.78RMB. When the buyer pay the Euro, the euro rate to RMB should not be less than 7.78.
