Local Government Unit Link

A counterpart employee employed by the Local Government Unit assigned to work hand
in hand with the DSWD FO-III Workers in ensuring the smooth implementation of the Pantawid
Pamilyang Pilipino Program.

Roles and Responsibilities

a. Assist in ensuring functionality of CMAT.


b. Assist CMAT Members.
c. Take part in the identification of gaps and ensure overall implementation, operation,
monitoring and feed backing of CMAT planned activities and programs based on the
CMAP.
d. Ensure preparation and submission of updated status and monitoring reports on the
implementation of CMAP and SGs to the Local Government.
e. Oversee and ensure complementation, synchronization, and harmonization of the
different protective programs and services of the Department in the Locality upon
approval of the Local Government.
f. Facilitate the regular conduct of MAT meetings.
g. Organize Local (Pantawid) QRT and consolidate reports during disasters and
emergency situations.
h. Ensure proper data banking and organize filling of CMAT documents for the perusal of
the Local Governments Planning Department.
i. Ensure timely submission of a copy of the monthly individual and consolidated reports to
the Local Government Unit.
j. Actively participate in the CMAT especially in the preparation and implementation of the
CMAP.
k. Facilitate resource generation and sustained partnership, coordination and collaboration
with partner stake holders within the locality
l. Ensure availability of documents and Program data.
m. Report significant issues and concerns with recommendation and actions taken with
regards to the implementation of the Department’s Programs and Services to the CMAT
Leader.
n. Ensure completion of expected outputs and be able to provide needed evidentiary
documents stipulated in the IPC.
o. Link beneficiaries to the Local Government Unit’s program and services.
p. Profiling of beneficiaries/parent leaders.
q. Facilitate and ensure conduct of FDs with parent Leaders as organizers and with other
stakeholders as resource persons
r. Monitor and ensure supply side requirements in coordination with the, PL and
stakeholders (a) community assembly (b)completion and submission of CV Form 4
(FDS) (c) monitor submission of update from and validate household data (d) monitor
submission of complaints and grievances and facilitate initial resolution of the same
(e)monitor cash grants release and inform beneficiaries on schedules of payments
s. Serve as secretariat to the Municipal Advisory Committee Meetings
t. Assist in distribution and retrieval of compliance verification forms.
u. Assist in coordination with schools and health centers relative to CVS monitoring and
retrieval.
v. Facilitate walk in GRS forms.
w. Other related task as may be given by the CMAT Leader.
